A cozy hotel with amazing services. All (you need) in one (stay). My family just visit this hotel during the Khmer new year. The DJ & bar make sure all the vibes you could have to celebrate the new year, while the friendliness and hospitality are served thoughtfully with huge smiles. The food is surprisingly delicious. Yet, as a family group over 15 people, the cost is more than a good deal. Special thanks to the pink hat handsome boy who took our orders, the big-smile BBQ man, the generous madam (GM?), and all adorable staffs. Last but not the least, great thanks to Mr. POV who recommande and share this heavenly hotel to my family.

Great stay in a spacious room with a comfortable double bed. The room has a small balcony and a large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Very friendly and competent staff. Good breakfast a la carte. Swimming pool on the roof with a great view of Siem Reap. Would happily return anytime.

Excellent stay !! My husband and I stayed for 4 months from June until end of September. We loved it so much last year we came back !! The location is excellent, about a 5 min walk into town. The staff were wonderful and always had a smile whenever we walked through reception and always keen for a chat. We got to know them very well and they certainly helped to make our stay so enjoyable 🙏 The rooms are excellent and they have just gone through some refurbishment so it all looks fresh !! We will be back and we look forward to hopefully seeing you all again next year .. thank you again 🙏

Small cute hotel. Splendid location at center, by the river. Very nice, clean, quiet and comfort room. Small nice pool to relax. Young, enthusiastic and willing to support staff. Recommended per-se and definitely worth the price.

Loved our stay. Great location with a coffee shop, supermarket and atms all within few minutes walk. Pub street and markets 5 minute walk. Nice breakfast and lovely large rooms with a great sized bathroom. We had a huge bed and it was super comfy. Staff were lovely and arranged Phare circus tickets for us. Loved the pools, very clean and a nice bar beside the pool. Family loved our stay here and would love to come back.

First and foremost, I would like to highlight the outstanding level of service that your staff exhibited throughout my stay. The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. This image effectively captures the essence of not only the hotel but also the entire city and country. It exudes an overall dilapidated and below-average quality. Our stay at this hotel lasted for a month, costing around 650 euros, and although our sleep was satisfactory, there were numerous shortcomings. Despite actively searching for other hotels within the same price range, none of them were satisfactory. However, due to the comfortable sleep we experienced, we decided to stay. If we had come across a more respectable option, we would have immediately left. The advantages include a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at night, as well as reasonably comfortable beds. Additionally, the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness.

We stayed at „Five Senses“ in Siem Reap for four nights in February 2023. The hotel is brand new and has just opened. It is on a quiet side street, but not far from the night market and Pub Street (5-10 minutes' walk). Close by are some excellent and well-frequented restaurants, which were recommended to us by the hotel owner (Bruno). The hotel makes a modern and clean impression with a nicely designed pool area and a decent range of different breakfast options (breakfast was included in our room rate). There was also a wide selection of inexpensive cocktails, but we didn't try them. We had chosen the cheapest room (room number 102), which is on the ground floor behind the reception. The room is very large, nicely furnished, has air conditioning and a fan, refrigerator, a well-stocked minibar and a large shower and a separate bathroom, although we had the best shower so far on our month-long trip (warm water and decent water pressure). There is also some storage space, but no hooks and only very few hanger to hang wet clothes or towels. Room number 102 is next to the kitchen and the breakfast area, which is why there’s often a lot of noise in the morning. Unfortunately, there was no other room in this price range, which is why we fitted our ear plugs in the morning. Ear plugs are highly recommended for light sleepers in this room. The other (more expensive) rooms are on the upper floors and are likely to be very quiet. Room cleaning is available upon request and is not included in the room rate. The hotel works with a local tuktuk operator for various excursion options, who will chauffeur you to the numerous sights around Siem Reap at fair prices. We can highly recommend this offer especially for the two-day visit to the many temples in Angkor. We were traveling with To in Angkor and he was extremely helpful and attentive.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The young lady at the front desk checked us in early. The young man at the restaurant was always friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was cheaper than the town. It was delicious too. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location was close to the temple. There was a tuk tuk driver outside the hotel who was available to take us anywhere. 2$ to pub street. He was our driver to the various temples. We were sad to leave here. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Siem Reap.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.
