Apologies in advance for the long review but hopefully it will contextualise the review title! Booked to stay for three nights, hotel reached out in advance to arrange airport transfer (no charge) and my transfer was there ready and waiting when I landed with water and a cold towel. Arrived at the hotel and received a lovely welcome drink and nibbles. Staff were extremely warm and friendly, taking lots of time to explain everything about the hotel. The room was clean and of a very good standard, I’d deliberately opted for a room that wasn’t pool facing as I suspected it would be quieter facing away from the road. Reality is I don’t know for sure if there was any real difference but the room was very quiet and comfortable. Can’t say I missed the pool view. Room had very good Wi-Fi so was able to work one morning. Air con super effective. Netflix on the tv. Great rain shower with lots of pressure. I had a sun-rise tour booked so the hotel arranged a takeaway breakfast of my choice for me. Again ready at the time they said it would be (4am as per my request). The spa in the hotel (read massages and treatment) was brilliant. Can’t again rate it more highly and would definitely recommend. For us foreigners it’s incredibly affordable compared to back home. Complimentary lunch organised by the hotel was also superb. Hotel is within walking distance (5 mins) to the more touristy food streets and markets. Area felt extremely safe. Return airport transfer (again free) exactly on time as agreed. Honestly you can’t take clear communication and hotel organisation for granted. Thank you to all the team at the hotel for an amazing stay. You were all fantastic and I wish you all every success!

We had the most amazing, memorable stay for 3 nights thanks to all of the lovely staff. Really, I can’t say enough about their thoughtfulness and warmth. This will be our greatest and most fond memory of our time in Cambodia. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. We were delivered fresh cookies every day, which I thought was a nice touch. The room had every amenity and I’m sure of anything was missing the staff would have happily locate it for you. The pool was very refreshing which is a great way to cool down from the heat. While in the pool we ordered a couple of beers, but aw usual, the staff went above and beyond, bringing us also a few cocktails and nuts to try out. While relaxing by the pool, we enjoyed an amazing foot massage. We also had the chance to have a scrub, wrap and massage in the spa! Breakfast every morning was delicious. The coffee was amazing and the fruit was out of this world. We enjoyed the food so much, we booked a cooking class with the hotel. The chef met us in the morning to take us on a tour of the local market. He introduced us to many local ingredients that we were unfamiliar with. We then met that afternoon to create a three course meal with the chef, his assistant and other helpers. All of this for just the two of us!! The food was amazing, we learned a lot about Cambodian cuisine and we’re given a certificate at the end. We honestly ate in the hotel restaurant many times simply because the food was of the highest quality and alway mouthwateringly delicious. The hotel also helped us arrange a private bicycle tour of the Cambodian countryside. La was our tour guide. He met us at the hotel and ensured the bikes were in working order. We even stopped at a local tire shop to check the air in the tires. We rode out of the city and around the airport. Then we were treated to the amazing views over the rice fields. We stopped at a local temple, saw local villages and were treated to bamboo sticky rice at La’s home. It was fantastic! La shared many stories and insights into Cambodian culture which helped us to enjoy the trip even more. If possible, try to head out of the city and explore the country side. We loved our time at the Golden Temple Boutique. We were sad to only be there for three nights and hope to rerun one day.

The location is really nothing to say, it's right next to the market, and it's close to the bar street. If you don't want to go out, just walk around. The hotel facilities inside the hostel are very good. The small room for 4 people is still clean, with hot tub and rooftop pool, as well as a small restaurant and a small bar. Breakfast at the restaurant is very good. The $ 2.5 knife omelet package contains omelet, a toast, a small bread, two slices of watermelon, a banana and a cup of coffee, which is quite luxurious. Lunch and dinner are also good, basically 3.5 ~ 5 knives, more cost-effective and delicious than outside. I want to go out and cooperate with local tour groups. There are corresponding introductions to visit Angkor, Big Angkor Thom, or other Tonle Sap lakes. It is also very convenient to buy tickets directly at the front desk in Phnom Penh. Even though the mattresses don't seem to be cleaned and replaced every day, if they live a little longer, they are not very clean.

Stayed for the second time and felt pretty good. Breakfast is okay, but the amount of water in the bath doesn't feel great, and the location is close to Pub Street. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Siem Reap, I will choose this one.

Loved the location but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I had slept on in all of Siem Reap. Also the tv not only didn’t work, but it also had no power cable at all so I couldn’t even plug in my HDMI to the tv which was a bummer. Aside from that the pool was nice and the staff were helpful.

Room was clean and private. Booking tours through the hotel is easy and affordable. Highly recommend for any traveler.

The first room had some challenges, but the management was quick to try to fix the things that needed fixing. The second room was ready and wonderful. The hotel staff is excellent. Lina is a very concerned manager and I have high praise for her and the staff. I would absolutely stay here again it was very comfortable and close to many things to do.
