Very nice and reasonably priced hotel. The location is quite good, easy to walk to the National Museum, some little shops and restaurants nearby, or you can just grab a Tuk Tuk and go wherever. I didn’t try breakfast but I went for lunch at their restaurant. The food and price was very good, in addition you can get 25 % discount coupon for the restaurant when checking in. The room was clean and everything was standard and nice. The only thing I missed was more electricity outlets by the bed. I was in a twin room and there was only one socket to plug in phone, and other devices to charge. Overall was happy with my stay.

A friend had booked a room for me in this hotel for four nights. I was on the ground floor, and was very happy with the room. Air conditioning worked well, and although I was close to the reception area, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable A large double bed and some oversized furniture is used to furnish the room. Cambodian furniture is massive, a cherry red color and practically speaking, immovable. Had NO problems with the internet and had a good nights sleep. Outside the hotel are tuk tuks - dedicated to the hotel - ready to whisk away any visitor to any part of the city one chooses to vist. The drivers do speak English. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, and for a vegetarian the selection was adequate - barely. Cost of the buffet is USD 5.00 Alongside the rooftop breakfast room (terrace) there is a small swimming pool, more suited to those who wish to cool off, rather than those hoping to swim laps. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. A couple of major markets are within walking distance. Vit KIng restaurant (exclusively vegetarian) IS close by, but the selection is pretty limited unfortunately. Siem Reap is a nice town, well worth spending a few days in. Pretty much wherever one would want to go (with the exception of some attractions like Angkor Wat), is within walking street - the entertainment hub, and tourist market - Pub Street is nearby. If staying more than a night, ask for a discounted rate. The reception desk staff are helpful and well informed.

Great hotel. An oasis in the hectic city of Siem Reap. After a busy day in Angkor Wat or in the hectic city, you can relax perfectly. The tuk tuk ride costs $1.50 into town. Very friendly and personable people who run the hotel. I have diabetes and a new refrigerator was even put in my room so that I can cool my insulin well. Thanks for that ! The pool is perfect and the rooms are a nice size. I would come back at any time.

Me and my friend stay at this hotel . It amazing room and friendly staff. For me this is the best hotel and the best price. I hope I will stay here again when come to siem reap . It good location good service. High recommend for anyone come to siem you should stay in this hotel ..

Chevly is awesome and caring manager of the temptation property. It’s a wonderful stay. We loved it. All the facilities and staff were very nice and they have 2 lovely gorgeous rabbits on the property. We will come back again for sure and highly recommend it

Spacious, relaxing and very clean hotel. I love the hotel interior - with minimal decor which made it look more elegant. The staff were very courteous; friendly but professional. We appreciated the early check in which gave us some needed sleep since our flight was past midnight. We tried the BBQ night by the pool accompanied by good music. The food at Lok Lak restaurant were great, if you wish to explore Cambodian dishes. Overall, it was a great stay.

The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. Stayed in the Angkor wing Deluxe King room for six nites. Check-in was poolside (excellent), Room is nice but light switches took a while to figure out, Bathroom is nice but towel hooks can be better placed. We had to ask for room slippers and cotton wool/buds. Breakfast was good, and was the food in the Kroya restaurant. Service staff all very friendly and accommodating. My two dissatisfactions were mozzies (even in the restaurant and rooms, even though my balcony door was never opened), and the village volleyball courts (3 courts in total I believe) where locals play early/late and they are loud. Oh, on rainy nights, the crickets and frogs are very very loud (hotel room doors seem to let thru all the outside noise). Also took me to get used to the buddha pic right above the bed (it stares down on you as u sleep).

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.
