最上階のデラックス ダブルルームに宿泊しました。
写真の通り４面がガラスで部屋からの眺めは圧倒的です。また、場所も良いところにあります。
でもそれだけという感想です。
1. ホテルは建物の最上階にありますがエレベーターがありません。約７０段の階段を上り下りしなければなりません。観光で歩き回った後にこの７０段は大変きついです。ちょっと簡単に戻ってきてまた出かけるというのは無理です。
2. さらに、この部屋は最上階のためさらに１階分階段を上ります。またメゾネット構造になっていて、メインの寝室部分にはさらに階段です。
3. バスタブはありませんが、サウナがついていました（使いませんでしたが）
4. エアコンが作動しませんでした。
5. コロナのため非接触を進めているとのことで、事前にweb check-inでしたが、結局そこのスタッフに会ったのはチェックアウトの１回限りでした。ディナーのおすすめや予約などを頼めるような気楽さはありません。フルサービスホテルを期待してはいけません。
6. これはどこのホテルも同じかと思いますが、駐車場はシエナの城壁の外になります。ホテル提携先駐車場はヴァレーサービス付きで１泊３０ユーロでした。

Ho soggiornato col mio compagno nella suite Nobile. Posizione del b&b centralissima, pulizia impeccabile, colazione gustosissima. E della camera che dire? Bella,suggestiva, e con un panorama indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi. Grazie di tutto!

Le seul point intéressant est la localisation en centre. Pour le reste, ..... 102 marches pour accéder aux chambres, rien de signalé à la réservation, personne à mobilité réduite s'abstenir ! Chambres très bruyantes tant à l'intérieur qu'en extérieur. Literie très moyenne. Petit déjeuner médiocre, du pain, du pain et encore du pain ! Pas de fruits, pas d'œufs et encore moins de salades. Les chambres ne sont refaites que sur demande mais, sans changement de serviettes et de remplacement de produits (gel douche, shampooing, .... ni même le papier de toilette) débrouiller vous avec ce qui vous a été donné au départ, même si vous restez plusieurs nuits. Prévoyez votre trousse de toilette. Et pour finir quand vous demandez de laisser votre bagage quelques heures pour profiter des derniers moments avant de repartir, il vous en coûtera 12€ Bref très surfait, passez votre chemin, facile de trouver mieux.

We stayed in the room at the top floor (yes, many stairs to climb) and absolutely worth it for the panoramic view! Very clean and in a great location in a very lively part of town. The breakfast was not lavish, but nice to have if you are hungry. The host was extremely helpful in the morning when we needed a taxi.

Very beautiful & large room. The breakfast was very good - delicious with a great variety of choices. The location is very convenient- not super quiet (street cleaning early in the morning) but we are early people so it didn’t bother us.

Beautiful property, the owners were so nice and delivered breakfast timely. Place is very clean and loved every moment staying there. Keep in mind, no elevators and there are 5 flights of stairs. You get used to it. Will be staying again!

Molto delusa! Pulizia al di sotto delle aspettative , non mi hanno rifatto la camera perché ho dimenticato di mettere fuori il cartellino ,pagando 180€ a notte ...si avere capito bene questa la cifra per ritrovarmi poi in bagno un phoon piccolissimo e pieghevole. Colazione deludente e non prima.delle 8.30 ! Non ci tornero' mi dispiace molto ,pensavo veramente molto meglio ma non ci siamo . Nota positiva la posizione!

We stayed in the Nobile room and as others have said, the 360° views are astounding! The tower, the top of the duomo, the countryside in the distance, the city rooftops were all picture perfect.
The room is spacious, the bed and pillows were very nice, the heated floors were a nice touch. Going down the stairs for the bathroom could be challenging in the dark so the motion light on the way down was very helpful. Bathroom also is spacious and has heated floors, although the sauna takes up quite a bit of the space. There are a few maintenance issues with the shower, but it was quite large.
Check-in is a little unusual as you need to be prepared to call to have the lower door unlocked when you arrive. However, once you are in the outer door and climb 4 floors there are instructions in a key box for the rest of the stay. There arent really any check out instructions though so make sure you ask ahead of time if you plan to leave before 8am.
Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay in this unique room and look forward to some day returning!
