If you come here next time, you’ll stay here again. There are taxis on the right after you come out of the Siena train station. , it is very convenient to take a taxi to the hotel. When leaving, the boss will help call a taxi, and the hotel can provide parking spaces! The breakfast is also good, and the scenery outside the room can be taken as a postcard"

Our room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and offered the perfect balance of old-world charm and modern amenities. A special mention must go to Marco, the exceptional host. He was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful with recommendations that made our stay even more memorable. His passion for Siena and dedication to his guests truly set this hotel apart. If you’re looking for a blend of history, comfort, and outstanding hospitality in Siena, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return!"

"Returning from our destination, we decided to stop at Hotel La Colonna for our stay in Siena. We were two couples of friends. What can I say, the hotel is very close to the historic center of Siena but outside the restricted traffic zone. Having booked directly we also had breakfast included, a buffet. All very plentiful, even the smiling lady who brought us the coffee was very attentive... elegant and nice surroundings... the staff very kind and prepared. They also have a bar space where you can have an aperitif after a long day, we made use of it and I must say that they also know how to make an excellent gin…. They also have a private car park but we didn't use it because it cost 7 euros per night and there were plenty of free car parks on site anyway. .warm and welcoming environment, especially the simple but very comfortable style room. In my opinion it is a hotel to enjoy as a couple for holidays in Siena."

"We had a great time! As other people have said in their reviews, the breakfast was excellent. The view was great, and we had a delicious meal while watching the sun rise over the Tuscan hills. The staff were all friendly and smiling, so we had a pleasant stay. You can walk to Piazza del Campo, but it takes about 20 minutes, so it feels a little far. In terms of facilities, it would be nice if there was a refrigerator and a kettle. The large bathtub was also very nice. Still, I wanted to stay another night, and it's a place I'd like to stay at again."

"A wonderful hotel! I highly recommend it to everyone. Even though it’s located in the city center, you feel completely at ease and in total comfort on the hotel grounds. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive, always ready to help with anything. You choose your breakfast on the day of arrival, and you can make changes to the menu throughout your stay. The food is delicious. The hotel has beautiful, spacious rooms and a cozy pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is no iron in the room."

Even though I paid the city tax at check-in, they couldn't confirm it because it was a cash payment, and I had to wait a little. However, the front desk staff at check-out were very kind and helpful, so I was satisfied. The room was clean."

"My colleague and I spent 11 days in Siena, partly a professional conference and partly fun. This hidden gem B&B was only a few minutes’ walk from either historical sites in the center or the university. The two-room setup (plus private bath) provided each of us with a large comfortable bed that would easily have accommodated a couple. If we had been a larger group, there is also a full-sized pull-out bed in the living room couch. Our hosts were warm, charming, and generous. On request, they immediately provided an additional table for our books, papers, and lap-tops; also an iron for our professional clothes; and access to the breakfast-room refrigerator for my special dietary needs. We loved that the building was five centuries old (marble floors, tall windows, brick walls, high ceilings, frescoes), but with modern conveniences. The view across fields and gardens to a distant palazzo was breathtaking. Glorious sunup and sunset. Ample breakfast was also available for a small additional charge."

"I've stayed at this brand's hotels twice before, and both times I had excellent experiences. This time in Siena, I chose this hotel because it's not located in a restricted area, making it suitable for those traveling by car. It's about a 2-kilometer walk from the hotel to the city center. The front desk thoughtfully provided us with a map and marked the location. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and cost €8 per person, which was quite good value."

"Not recommended, hahaha. The hotel is located inside the scenic area, and the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the voices of tourists... and the toiletries are also quite average 😅😅😅 It is easy to be photographed by ztl if you drive... Even if you follow the route on Google map, you will still be photographed. The hotel can help to eliminate it, but you need to park the car in their garage, and the price is more than 60 euros a night..."

"We were called a few hours before check-in and told that we could no longer stay at the Piccola Etruria Hotel, which we had booked, and therefore we would be transferred to the nearby "Hotel 3 Donzelle," without any explanation following our request. We were diverted to what to call a hospitality facility is an insult to those who do their job well and professionally. The bathroom was filthy: the shower was full of hair that obviously wasn't ours. The hairdryer was from the 1950s. And I could stop there (I took photos, which I'll spare for decency's sake). All of this was topped off with a dilapidated and outdated layout, cracks in the plaster, and the bathroom itself looked like it was in a campsite. We weren't expecting a suite, but certainly not a place with zero dignity either. We paid 119 euros for the room for the night, the same price as the hotel we had booked previously (the Tre Donzelle has one less star). Unacceptable. Customer service was also completely lacking, given the mix-up and downgrade we suffered. We would have expected some attention from the management, but instead they were very careful not to make us pay in advance, reiterating that breakfast was subject to charges (12 euros per person!!). The worst experience of my life, which is bad for Tuscan tourism."
