Best Western Hotel San Marco

外表很不顯眼，內部裝修蠻獨特的，衞生間大且乾淨，出行離景點近！

It was a shame that the location was not good, and I was so depressed that it would affect my future. The staff's customer service attitude was very good, and it was a relief that the entire hotel and rooms were very clean, and I think that the quality of the towels was quite high. It's unfortunate that this is rare in the hotel industry these days. They were flexible in responding to my sauna request, and I think their sincere attitude and smile are a sign of high hospitality. However, I do have the impression that the photos of the sauna and other facilities are exaggerated. In reality, it was a little smaller. I was also concerned that the water was lukewarm. It was a shame that there were no vegetables in the breakfast. The food at the Best Western I had in France, especially the breakfast, was wonderful, and I was almost satisfied with the view. The attitude of the staff was also the same, and it was very comfortable. This may be the color of Best Western. I would like to go to France again. The staff this time were so good that I felt that way. It was a shame that the location was not good, and it would have been really nice if there had been a bathtub in the room.

Hotel com bom custo-benefício. Instalações boas, mas os quartos não são grandes. É bem localizado, fica na entrada de Siena e pode-se ir a pé para o centro histórico. Café da manhã bom e com ótimo atendimento de toda a equipe. Tivemos um problema com o aquecimento, mas foi resolvido logo no dia seguinte. A temperatura local havia baixado para uma média de 10°C e estávamos morrendo do frio porque o sistema de aquecimento do hotel estava desligado. Após alguma insistência, a gerência teve o bom-senso de atender nossa solicitação para religar o sistema.

Posto molto carini, ottima qualità prezzo. La stanza era molto pulita e silenziosa, il bagno comodo comprensivo di bidet. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e simpatico, sempre pronti ad aiutarti, ci hanno consigliato dove mangiare ed erano disposti loro a prenotarci un tavolo. L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada, a poco più di 1 km si trova il parcheggio santa Caterina di Siena, che è posto vicino le rampe mobili che portano vicino al duomo e quindi alla parte storica della città. Noi siamo andati un giorno in macchina usando il parcheggio santa Caterina ed il giorno dopo a piedi, perché comunque in 15 minuti si raggiungono le scale mobili, che sono comodissime per visitare una città stupenda come Siena. La colazione era molto abbondante, colazione sia dolce che salata con prodotti di qualità. Hotel nuovo e fatto bene

Very well-kept rational hotel, with parking. Convenient from the highway. Worth noting is the staff, very kind and welcoming. Excellent buffet breakfast, average prices. Room perfectly clean, very comfortable and quiet. Excellent experience. Attached to a restaurant/pizzeria (not part of the hotel) within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful but also very stingy. As a welcome (we collect points with BW) you normally get 2 bottles of water, here it was just a small bottle. As we paid for the 2nd night with points, we were also informed straight away that we had to pay extra for the 2nd breakfast...! Normally Best Western customers who take part in the "rewards program" get free breakfast in Italy...but whatever. We also had to change rooms for the 2nd night, which was our mistake when booking but didn't bother us. At least it was quieter here and you could sleep with the window open, which wasn't possible on the 1st night in the comfort room as the hotel is on a very busy road. In the standard room, however, the shower was underground...! A supply shaft runs through the shower, measuring approx. 20x40cm.....impossible...msn bumps into things everywhere, which opens the shower cubicle door and completely floods the bathroom...! Considering that we were able to stay here for free, it was OK, but having to pay for this room is outrageous. The breakfast was OK for Italy, nothing more...the lady at the breakfast service was very friendly. Despite this, we skipped breakfast on the second morning...! I wouldn't come to this hotel again

Tout était parfait. L’accueil , la chambre , le petit déjeuner. On a même devancé nos questions ,en nous indiquant où stationner à Sienne de façon avantageuse. Beaucoup de bienveillance , ce qui est fort agréable en pays étranger.

Buen lugar, instalaciones cómodas, muy cerca puedes tomar un bus que te lleva al centro de Sienna

Grande chambre, propre, super salle de bain mais pas de volet aux fenêtres ducoup le jour rentre le matin tres tôt. Un petite cafetière pour le café est a disposition dans la chambre. Dommage le spa ne fait pas partie de l'hôtel.
