SShangxianyuekuangThis is the most satisfying hotel during our trip to Italy. We had an unforgettable trip to Tuscany here. The hotel is first-class in terms of scenery, service and food. Especially Paula, the girl who received us, was enthusiastic, professional and friendly like a family member or friend. I think I will come back here!

Aazhi我的兩個房間是連通的，非常好，適合一家三口。幾百年的老房子裝修的像宮殿一樣，住在裏面別有一番風味。早餐是點餐的，比較豐富，在宮殿的大客廳裏面吃，太有感覺了。距離錫耶納大教堂衹有二三百米，實在是太方便了。我們在開放的最後一天，看到了錫耶納大教堂的地板畫，非常驚艷。住宿客人留言簿裏面都一致好評。唯一遺憾是，被子不是被套裝着被芯的，而是一張床單上面放着一張毯子，毯子似乎很長時間沒洗了，蓋起來有點不舒服。

GGuest UserThis hotel is very bad. I booked breakfast with breakfast, but I didn’t give me a breakfast coupon. I went to the designated place to eat breakfast. The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!

贺贺The location of the hotel is good, very convenient, the rooms are very big, we live on the top floor, the facilities are complete, we go out every day so it is useless, but there is no direct elevator, it is not convenient to climb the stairs to carry luggage

We arrived at around 9 o'clock in the evening, no one, no lighting outside, black lights blindly found the room according to the guidelines, the room is different from the hotel picture, the difference is very big. Check out the next day, did not see a staff member

The living room is spacious and bright, and the kitchen utensils are all available. Good location, just near the cathedral, convenient to go anywhere. KKa Ho OscarExcellent location within the ZLT of the Siena city, the hotel can make sure your license plate is registered on arrival if you need to drive to the hotel so you can avoid the ZLT fines. Hotel also provide onsite parking for €35 per night, otherwise there’s a public car park outside of the ZLT which is about 10mins walk away.
Only within 5-10mins walk of the Piazza del Campo. Only downside for the room was the shower head was a little faulty but was still usable.
