"The location is not far from the station, the room is incredibly spacious, and the hot water works great. The price is also very reasonable, so there's no reason not to stay here. It's about a 10-minute walk to the bell tower, and it's quiet and easily accessible. If I ever return to Siena, I'll definitely stay here again. Just make sure to check your email when checking in! It's self-check-in, so if you don't check your email, it'll be hard to find your room."

"First of all, the service is very good. The front desk is super welcoming. It is the most enthusiastic hotel I have stayed at in Italy in two years. "Very, very good! I looked at the pictures on Ctrip before and felt it was very ordinary. I was very surprised after checking in. Because I stayed for three consecutive nights, the triple room I booked was upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, which was huge. The view outside the room window is very beautiful. See Figures 1 to 4 outside the living room window, Figure 5 is the view of the public area, and Figure 6 is the living room. This suite cannot be booked online, but can be booked by email or phone. It is really worth it and highly recommended! The hotel is located just outside the gate of Siena. If you drive by yourself, the ZTL in the city cannot be driven in, so it is very convenient to stay in this hotel. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the city gate and more than ten minutes to walk to Piazza del Campo. The hotel has parking spaces, which need to be paid separately."

"We stayed here for a night with breakfast included. Very spacious, really beautiful and quiet room despite the little road. Mastodontic structure and with a great potential perhaps not expressed at the maximum. Thermal pools are very valuable, bad for the open-air bath with a slightly thin and therefore unusable water. We enjoyed relaxing massage, very valuable! We had dinner at the restaurant, good and exhaustive. Breakfast is very pleasant. All the feet and young boys. One bad check-in at 15, so if you arrive in the morning there will be a supplement to enjoy the SPA. Maybe it would have been right to be transparent and to state it on the site, a great discovery in general."

"I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Siena. Its location is absolutely superb, directly across from the bus station, which is incredibly convenient for independent travelers looking to explore other Tuscan attractions and ancient towns. Eddie at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and answered all my questions with great enthusiasm. The cleaning lady who serviced my room on March 23rd was incredibly thorough and dedicated; every corner of the room was spotless. Although we couldn't communicate in English, I could truly feel her passion for her work. On March 26th, it was this same diligent cleaning lady. I specifically went to the front desk to find her, but the female staff member at the counter misunderstood, thinking I was requesting a room cleaning. In reality, I wanted to thank her in person. Since it was around 4 PM, I asked the front desk to help me find her. Instead, a female manager came to my door and immediately said, ”The room has already been cleaned, what did we miss?” She mistakenly thought I was dissatisfied with the room's cleanliness, but she understood after I explained. Thanks to the excellent service from the front desk and the dedicated, empathetic cleaning staff, we fell in love with Siena during our five-day stay. We left for our next destination feeling grateful and satisfied. Thank you to the NH team for your service, and a special thank you to that incredibly diligent cleaning lady!"

"我的兩個房間是連通的，非常好，適合一家三口。幾百年的老房子裝修的像宮殿一樣，住在裏面別有一番風味。早餐是點餐的，比較豐富，在宮殿的大客廳裏面吃，太有感覺了。距離錫耶納大教堂衹有二三百米，實在是太方便了。我們在開放的最後一天，看到了錫耶納大教堂的地板畫，非常驚艷。住宿客人留言簿裏面都一致好評。唯一遺憾是，被子不是被套裝着被芯的，而是一張床單上面放着一張毯子，毯子似乎很長時間沒洗了，蓋起來有點不舒服。"
