不建議哈哈哈，酒店位於景區裏面，隔音很差，可以聽到遊客的聲音… 且洗護用品也挺一般的😅😅😅開車的話很容易被ztl拍…即便是跟着Google map的路線走也還是會被拍到，酒店倒是可以幫忙消除，但是需要將車停進他們的garage，價格六十多歐一晚…………

This hotel made our trip to Italy and was easily the best of the three that we stayed in. They upgraded our room, at no charge, and we had a private balcony with a stunning view of the city. The room was a bit small (as most are in Italy) but the amenities made up for it, complimentary water, robes, slippers and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, even had towel warmers! The room service was great, we were exhausted one night and ordered pizza (which was excellent) and they brought it up on it's own table right into our room. This may be normal service for some but for us, it was a first and we felt like we were treated like VIP's, don't question, just book this hotel!

Very disappointed. Terrible place to stay if ur driving urself. The hotel is located inside the city walls and unfortunately the hotel staff provide you terrible directions and one can waste a long time to get to it. Also they booked a tour to a winery , where i drove 2 hours and ended up in wrong winery. No regret demonstrated when I confronted manger on duty. Not sure how this hotel Is in the American Express Fine hotels collection Doesnt seem to have that level of service or accountability.

This is an excellent hotel with amazing staff, decor,and food. It has been an ultra experience. The staff is connected from shift to shift and know our food reservations, tours and names. They don’t flinch when you ask about a time or restaurant name, they tell you what you booked. First class service. Some of the room ceilings have 17th century frescos. Wow!! Would definitely return if visiting Siena.

The staff were outstanding. The food and drinks very good. The room had an amazing view and was very comfortable. Could use a little touch in some areas, but more cosmetic versus impacting comfort. It is a very old building, and they have done a great job keeping its character.
It was very quiet for sleeping.
The location could not be better. Everything is walkable.
I can not wait to return - highly recommend!

Surprised it’s a Leading Hotel of the World. Not to the standard. It was ok but not great. The restaurant was also very average.

Staying at this hotel was a memorable and exquisite experience. From the lovely and helpful front desk staff, to the most delicious and abundant hotel breakfast buffet we have ever had-- and we have had many, this hotel has earned it's 5 stars. Every detail of the property, and in the rooms, has been carefully considered. And the beds! The most comfortable beds, and nights sleep, we have ever enjoyed. This is a hotel I am already dreaming of returning to. I would recommend staying here for one special night, or a week long escape. You will not regret it!

Chambre élégante avec style Un peu vintage, aménagement des années 90’ Très propre, service de palace Seul bémol, un peu de bruit sur rue et entre chambre A faire sans hésiter, prix en conséquence
