A nice experience. I stayed in this facility in February. I had read some reviews and at first I was a little skeptical but in reality everything went very well. The new owner was kind and helpful. He told us that he has some work planned and I hope that next time he finds it even better. Highly recommended and at the right price.

Good breakfast and clean. We chose a triple room as a family with breakfast included. I found availability and kindness! Check in started at 1pm but they were very kind to give us the room before the time. I advise! Until next time!

My compliments to the kind and knowledgeable staff. Clean and quiet environment. The room with balcony overlooking Siena, although it is old, was nice and spacious. Appreciated the coffee machine for an afternoon coffee on the balcony. Abundant breakfast . Excellent location for both the center and surrounding areas. Recommended for long stays. Excellent balance between quality and price.

First and last time we will stay in this hotel the photos speak for themselves. The only positive thing is the staff, otherwise forgettable. Ruined bathroom furniture with shower in pieces, doors that don't close and windows that, to say the least, need maintenance. NEVER AGAIN!

excellent value for money, outside Pisa, clean rooms even if they show their age, my room seemed vandalised, there were knocks on all the furniture, including the floor, the door had been repaired after someone had broken it in... aside from this not exactly positive glance, the place is very quiet, and the room was clean, as was the bathroom. Excellent without pretensions to spend a few nights in peace, abundant breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of December; it was certainly a positive experience: very friendly, knowledgeable staff who gave us excellent advice on both restaurants and how to get around the city and its surroundings; breakfast was very plentiful and good in every way, rooms were clean and comfortable: if I have to find a negative thing it is the parking a little far from the structure (but not that far at 100 meters): I highly recommend it also in terms of quality/price ratio

Hotel delizioso anche dal comportamento del personale molto accogliente. La camera non è piccola. La colazione ottima, molto pulito. Dista 3,5 km dal centro.
