We were on the heroic road and we were able to stay overnight in this magnificent B&B. The owners Elisa and Maurizio are excellent hosts, they fulfilled our every wish, at the reception Caden welcomed us and gave us all the information and let's not forget the chef and the breakfast cook who pampered us with every first fruit, all homemade. Wonderful place, definitely to return, thank you very much. Wise

The only flaw about this place is that it has few rooms, but if you manage to book one I think it's unlikely you'll regret it. There are hotels or villas that take great care of the image, the external facade, the "fake" services. Here it is quite the opposite: everything there is designed to satisfy the guest in substance, not in form. Our room was beautiful, tastefully furnished, clean, fragrant and functional. Few frills, no keys with smart cards, lights that turn off if you don't use your card or TVs that no one watches anymore. Friendly waiters and receptionists, without being intrusive or "marketeers". It's a bit like staying at the home of a friend who lives in a paradise with a view and who puts his service staff at your disposal. Excellent breakfast, without "commercial" products, all or almost all home made. Positive surprise: the possibility of dining with a menu that amazed us with its quality and affordable prices. I hope that one day they can serve dinner in the living area because the only negative note is that the room and the tables where you eat are not up to the standards of the dishes they serve and the a**osphere that could be created in the rooms nobles that are little exploited today. The structure is attached to a country road where no one ever passes, therefore very quiet. We went to Siena in 8 minutes by car, parking in a convenient and economical car park that has escalators to get to the centre. The real luxury is the understatement of this place, with huge common spaces, lots of privacy and... few rooms! However, if you have children and/or like to travel in groups on trips, this is not the place for you.

We were here for the second time. This time during the cycling race (strade bianche). The Montaperti Suite is one of the most beautiful places you can stay. The whole complex (garden, pool, surroundings) is just outside of Siena and is also attractive at this time of year. Excellent breakfast with a large selection and lovingly looked after by Maria. The rest of the team is also very friendly and helpful.

Situé à l'écart de Sienne (6-7 km) l'établissement est au calme, et se trouve facilement. Où que l'on regarde, la vue pourrait figurer sur une carte postale. La bâtisse est magnifique, et superbement rénovée. L'accueil par Julianna est personnalisé et adorable (j'y reviendrai). On nous fait faire le tour du propriétaire, intérieur et extérieur. Une fois dans la chambre, tout est à sa place. La déco est top, on a l'impression que chaque objet a été choisi et placé soigneusement. La salle de bain est top niveau, et la clim efficace et discrète. La maison propose déjeuner et dîner (simple mais bon) ainsi qu'une liste de restaurants à proximité. Le petit déjeuner (on choisit la veille, sucré, salé, ou mélange des deux) quant à lui est préparé avec beaucoup de soin par Simone, 3 jours, 3 menus différents. La météo nous a hélas partiellement privés des extérieurs mais la piscine et le parc sont au niveau du reste : qualitatifs. Le luxe sans ostentation de cette demeure, et surtout la sensation d'être chaleureusement accueillis par ce couple, comme par des amis, (mais sans aucune intrusion), a rendu ces 3 jours inoubliables. Cerise sur le gâteau, c'est interdit aux moins de 14 ans, pas un seul mouflet à l'horizon... Merci encore Juliana et Simone, nous reviendrons.

Dieses Anwesen ist einfach ein Traum! Wunderschön gelegen, gepflegt und bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Vergangenheit und Moderne treffen absolut perfekt aufeinander! Das Frühstück ein Gedicht! Auch das Abendessen, das man auf Wunsch dort genießen darf, ist großartig. Lokale Produkte werden mit einmaliger Kochkunst zu einem Erlebnis! Dazu gibt es eine hervorragende Weinkarte.

Enchanting location, surrounded by greenery just a few km from the center of Siena. The rooms are well-kept and very clean. The staff is very kind and non-intrusive. You can relax by the pool, read a book, enjoy the sunset, all in complete tranquility. The "adults only" clause is greatly appreciated, finally a place where you are not disturbed by children crying or shouting. We will definitely return, they make you feel at home but in a dream place!!!
