I stayed there for a night before traveling to my daughter's wedding at a Tuscan villa. Her future in laws and friends of mine also stayed there. The hotel was clean and charming, with lots of character. The front desk staff went above and beyond, printing schedules and spreadsheets that my daughter had created for the wedding and allowing the groom's parents to take a steamer to their room to steam all of the bride and groom's outfits. It was a perfect place for the families to gather before our wedding adventure. Another advantage is the location. It is accessible by car but literally a few yards away from the center of the city which is pedestrianized. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Siena.

Das Hotel hat einen großartigen Stil, bietet gleichzeitig allen Komfort bei tollem Ambiente. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen und das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Der Platz in der hoteleigenen Garage war für unseren kleinen Mietwagen optimal. Die Rezeption war stets mit freundlichem Personal besetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per qualche giorno e mi sono trovata bene. Stanza piccola ma pulita, posizione eccellente a pochi passi dal centro città, possibilità di prenotare un posto auto (utilissimo). Migliorerei la colazione: buona, ma semplice.

Da anni quando scendo a Siena per corsi o per svago mi fermo abitualmente al Chiusarelli. L'albergo è comodissimo poiché immediatamente a ridosso del centro storico; in pochi passi si è nelle strade e nei vicoli senesi e in qualche minuto si è direttamente in Piazza del Campo o innanzi al Duomo. L'albergo conserva il fascino di un edificio ottocentesco,ma ammodernato e dotato di ogni confort (aria condizionata,TV,etc) Stanze luminose e ariose, moderne e curate. Bagni curati ed eleganti. Ottima la colazione e molto valido il ristorante. Curatissima la pulizia delle stanze e dell'albergo in generale. Una caratteristica del Chiusarelli è un diffuso profumo di bucato che accoglie l'ospite entrando in stanza. Personale disponibile e gentilissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Excellent hotel value. It’s just on the outer edge of the city center but very easy to get around. Hotel is very pretty and the dining area is light and beautiful. The rooms are average but everything is clean. Definitely recommend.

Ficamos apenas uma noite na cidade de Siena então escolhemos um hotel não tão caro para nos hospedar. Para nossa surpresa, o hotel foi excelente. Ótima localização, staff super atencioso, quarto gigantesco com dois ambientes. Muito bom mesmo. De negativo, apenas o café da manhã, que não tem tantas opções e o fato de não ter estacionamento próprio, mas tem um estacionamento público bem próximo.

O Chiusarelli parece - por fora - um hotel de época. Casarão muito lindo, bem na divisa entre a cidade fechada (onde não podem circular carros) e o resto da Itália. Mas quando você coloca o pé dentro logo se dá conta que há muito de fake naquela estrutura - a começar pelas pinturas nas paredes. Os apartamentos são modestos. Alguns com cheiro de pintura recente. Os corredores enormes. Não há elevador, prepare-se para subir as escadas levando malas (ainda que os simpáticos porteiros costumam ajudar). O café da manhã é apenas razoável. A reposição demora muito, quando esgota-se o queijo ou o croissant. E o estacionamento? Não existe. A solução é um parking na rua de trás, onde você não paga nada à noite, mas deixa 2 euros por hora a partir de 07h da manhã. Há melhores opções que o Chiusarelli por perto.

Sono stata in questo hotel (palazzo storico di un certo livello) con un gruppo e ne sono rimasta affascinata! Camere spaziosissime, pulite, silenziose, io avevo la vista sullo stadio, pazzesca! ottima colazione, così come la cena (fantastica la pappa al pomodoro e sublime il budino al cioccolato con salsa ai frutti di bosco!)
