Abbiamo passato una notte in questo hotel, non ci aspettavamo una stanza di lusso, ma nemmeno una stanza come quella che ci è stata assegnata. Piccola, sporca, appena siamo entrate c’era una puzza di muffa e di chiuso, abbiamo dovuto lasciare aperta la finestra per ore, ma la puzza è rimasta. Unica soluzione: andare a comprare un profuma ambienti perché era impossibile dormire con quell’odore. Stanza con il bagno in comune, ecco, bagno sporco e sempre senza carta igienica. Unica cosa positiva la posizione, esci dalla struttura e sei in pieno centro.

Ottima posizione, pulito, gentilezza del proprietario. Prezzo conveniente . Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima del check in; per chi vuole c'è colazione. Silenzioso l'interno, poi essendo in centro è possibile che ci sia rumore fuori ma vista la posizione lo consiglio sicuramente

Posto in centro a Siena a circa 50 metri da Piazza del Campo. Non è definibile Hotel ma affittacamere (brutte). Camere vetuste con servizi ridotti all'essenziale (anche meno). Niente colazione, niente aria condizionata. Mi sembrava di tornare a Cuba trant'anni fa. Meglio dormire in auto!

Struttura pessima, ho pagato 100€ a notte e non c'era nemmeno il bagno in camera, condividevo il bagno con altre 6 stanze. Come se non bastasse, mi hanno offerto il servizio di lasciare il bagaglio, e quando sono andata a ritirarlo, non c'era, l'aveva preso un'altra persona. NON CI ANDATE!!!

This is a nice hotel for young people. The bathrooms are shared and sharing bathrooms with young people who are partying hard is not for older people! The location is unbeatable and everything in the building works but the service is limited (I could not figure out what the office hours were). There is no air conditioning. Overall, an excellent choice if you are a budget traveller but not if you are used to regular three + star hotels.

El personnel fantástico, nos ayudaba con toda la información sobre el Palio. Habitación grande, muy limpio y con unas toallas fantásticas!!! El desayuno era muy grande - estilo buffet, con panes y pasteles artisanes, más bollería dulces y embutidos locales. En el centro de Siena, listo para explorar la cuidad.

Very helpful staff with late check in. Clean rooms which were simple but enough. The numbers on the door were small which made it slightly hard to find the room at night but no problem. Fabulous location.
