Siamo stati presso l'Hotel Piccolo Chianti per 2 notti insieme ad amici (eravamo un gruppo di 25 persone). Personale gentile, accogliente e sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Camere ordinate e pulite. Materasso e cuscini molto comodi (trovarli cosi una rarità). Colazione ottima, abbondante con torte fantastiche e frutta fresca. Anche la cena buonissima! Consigliatissimo!

Struttura molto accogliente con comodità di parcheggio. Ci ha accolte una ragazza molto gentile e disponibile che si è dimostrata subito pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta di informazioni. Camera graziosa, molto pulita e ben riscaldata, vista la stagione fredda. C'è un bollitore per prepararsi rapidamente una bevanda calda. Il letto è molto comodo. Abbiamo anche apprezzato la colazione molto buona e ricca, con ampia scelta per tutti i gusti. Buonissime le torte dolci preparate personalmente dal figlio del proprietario che è uno chef. Alla prossima gita a Siena torneremo sicuramente in questo albergo.

La stanza appena arrivati era ghiacciata siamo dovuti rimanere con le giacche dentro per ore. Lo specchio rovinato, il condizionatore con la polvere all'interno. Inoltre non era la stanza che era nelle foto. Unica cosa positiva è stata la colazione.

Staff were wonderful. Offering to store our luggage if the room wasn’t ready early, and then letting us check in early. Since we had to miss breakfast the next day to leave for the airport, they prepared a massive plate of local breakfast treats and juice for us to enjoy in our room.

Esperienza positiva per la buona colazione (tutta dolce con un paio di portate salate) e la gentilezza del personale (nota di merito, davvero brave e garbate). Camera sufficientemente spaziosa, la posizione dell’albergo non è fortunatissima essendo praticamente vicino ad una rotonda, ma c’è da dire che nel parcheggio adiacente ci sono alberi, piante e fiori che lo abbelliscono. Qualche angolo da smussare ma ci tornerei.

Une très bonne adresse, à tous points de vue. Un "comme à la maison", ou "comme chez des amis", de qualité certaine évidemment. Accueil chaleureux. Facile d'accès en voiture, parking privé. La carte du dîner est suffisamment large et variée, les plat typiques et bons. Le pdj buffet est très satisfaisant, varié, de qualité et copieux.
