The hotel has seen better days and it could do with a few extra amenities (extra pillows, tissues, shampoo) considering the price and getting rid off the sewer smell coming out of the toilet. However the location and the people running it make a big difference. Also the food was very good.

Very nice character hotel close to the slopes at Sierra Nevada. Everything you needed was there. Cheap bar prices and food. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

The location is very good and the staff is friendly, however the room was not completely clean, the floor had stains, even a nail in the bathroom. Some humidity. The normal free buffet. Generally good.

Good service, the best are the lockers for ski equipment

Very good location, near the ski lift and Plaza Maribel. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, varied and rich. The dinner was a little worse in terms of quality, but also good. The room with just what you need, with views of the mountains, bathroom with hairdryer, shampoo and gel. I missed some more blankets or duvets, but the heating worked perfectly and heated up quickly. Very friendly staff. The bar-cafeteria has a great atmosphere at night and the terrace at sunset too. Although we did not use most of the services, we did see that it had a great variety: spa, activities, massages, etc.

Second time in this hotel. Good position, parking, ski lockers, close to telesilla and staff are great. Good value considering other options. Only problem is they let lots of school trips stay at same time, which means the staff in restaurant get overworked and kids noise and banging throughout building is pretty intense. Apart from that its great.

We have stayed here almost every year (COVID) for over 6 years. The location and offered parking is nice. There have been little upkeep and no noticeable upgrades in the last 6 years. Today, I asked for the shower light to be changed and 7 hours later we took our showers in the dark. The showers have filled with water for the last 6 years and it's never been fixed. The dining room tables at breakfast were dirty, even after being wiped down. This is a ski area and we need to hang all of our ski clothes to dry for the next day. Our room had ZERO hooks or places to hang coats and pants. I'm pretty sure this is the last time I will stay here. It is too run-down. The loads of school groups that stay here and run around the halls can have it. I will go somewhere nicer.

Ambiente familiar, rústico, acolhedor, quartos confortáveis, boa limpeza, comida pouco variada mas muito agradável e saborosa. Quanto aos funcionários são 10 estrelas 🔝🔝🔝. Para aqueles que dominam a prática de ski ou snowboard têm facilidade na entrada na pista mesmo ao lado do hotel. Recomendo e volto de certeza.

I went there last time 20 years ago, from there to today it didn’t change almost anything, only a really nice bar at the entrance floor and some upgrades on lightning and electricity. I love this hotel for the commodity of the chair lift, the views, the rooms are nice, just the shower needs an urgent upgrade, it’s from the 80s. Breakfast is very poor, missing English breakfast and fresh orange juice. The outside of the hotel needs a big upgrade, it’s a little bit abandoned. Staff is amazing. I would love to go back, hopefully there will be a renovation soon :)

Was there withy family, 2 teenagers and 8 year old. Upgraded the kids room to be close to us (we were in the low season). Rooms ok, staff is nice to the kids and to us, they rent slid and after helpful. There was a school group with noisy teenagers bit the staff had us haver out meals in a separate space.

We have just spent almost a week at the hotel- our 3rd time in the recent years. It is great for people who like nice views, proximity to the ski slope and buffet food. Half board is always a great option for our family - dinner between 8 and 10.30pm works for us and there is plenty of choices - healthy, meats, fish and more plain kids options. The previous 2 times we stayed over Xmas and there was lots of seafood which normally is more pricy but the hotel maintained low dinner prices (13 euros per adult with tap water) so people staying outside the hotel were flocking on Xmas eve and the following day while some other restaurants were closed. The room rates are very competitively priced and unlike similarly priced self catered apartments in the area, there is plenty of common spaces with comfortable sofas and even a games room. The on-site ski rental shop is also a massive plus and again the prices are very competitive, actually cheaper than in the centre of Pradollano. We have not used the spa/ massage facilities as these actually are expensive in my view. The hotel is quite big and has lots of maintenance needs but I always see that the management prioritises within financial constraints. For example the old ski lockers do not bother me as they are functional. The cleaning quality is always top notch even though some people may be discouraged as terracotta tiles in bedrooms and bathrooms have old age marks. Overall the hotel has a feel of a large alpine chalet, rather than a modern business hotel.

This hotel is well located near the lifts, it’s warm and very dated in it decor. Parking is not free, the breakfast here is the worst I have ever had, I think the management need to actually look what they are serving as the staff just seem to server it up as that’s what they have been told to do. This food is inedible. ( if you stay hear add eating out every day into your budget ) also a pair of ear plugs The main thing why I would never stay hear again is the school parties they have, over a 100 teenagers all screeming and shouting until the early hours of the morning. These children are just allowed to run riot in a feral way, the hotel don’t help things buy adding a pool table and an arcade for them to hang around in like New York street gangs. I would avoid this hotel and sleep rough, you’ll have a better nights sleep ( certainly be quieter )

I do not recommend. maximum 2 stars. an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, mold in the room, a floor with holes, a bright smell of bleach, trash beds, audibility at a very high level, a ski locker is horror, the floor and roof in the toilet is leaking. didn't like breakfast, dinner is better
