We are traveling as a couple, staying for five nights, and want to stay for another two days, it is a good place to lie down and be in a daze. In comparison, the feeling of diving and snorkeling is not as good as that of the outer islands, but the hotel has five or six restaurants with many choices, relatively cheap prices, and many activities. The Sundowner restaurant is recommended for three meals a day (if you don’t drink alcohol, breakfast or brunch is cheaper than the buffet). The service staff is also great. There is a waitress named Savaria who can remember my name the next day. She is professional 👍🏻Highly recommended~ especially suitable for family trips.

We went as a family for a final dinner at VNK buffet dinner The service we received from Marina was above and beyond She was very friendly and very helpful to all our table,attending to all of our needs and requests. There was a great selection of food at the buffet style dinner

Our overall experience was amazing and all staff are very welcoming and are fantastic with children, it made our holiday one to not forget and we will be back. The mei mei service is 10/10 we had Vani and she looked after our beautiful girls and took them to do activities and to the beach. She had a magic touch and could put our girls to sleep so fast while we got a nice dinner on our own. Mark was our butler and he took the time to get to know us and was very attentive and any questions we had for him he always had an answer and was always smiling. Selai’u cleaned our room daily and also took the time to get to know us and our girls and made us feel so welcome. The entertainment and activities meant we were busy and able to entertain our kids all day. We cannot wait to be back to this family friendly resort.

I was meant to be getting married here last week. I’d booked in one of the wedding packages that was amazing but my fiancé left me in the lead up to my stay. I wasn’t going to keep the trip as it was going to be painful but my whole extended family was going to be at the outrigger so I kept it. I’m glad I did. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. They checked in on me at every bar/restaurant/cafe I went into. Even the guys at the front knew the story by the end of the trip and checked in on me as I came and went. The staff had a kava ceremony with me on the last night that was the absolute highlight. Although I drank kava every night 😂. Malaki, Susie, Salome, Edwina, Mac, John and so many more were amazing. Literally like 20 staff I’d have to mention here if I named them all. They made the trip incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of the genuine service and facilities here. Above and beyond on every front.
