AGVA Rex Hotel

On July 7, 2023, with my wife and my 7-year-old daughter, we came to the MARINA hotel in Agva, which is another branch of this hotel that we found on the internet and wanted to have a 2-day holiday. The hotel rooms were so small that we realized we couldn't stay there and when my wife and I looked at each other, a woman whose name I later learned was Rabia approached us and said, "If you don't like our hotel, we have another hotel, let's direct you there." That was it. Since we had come a long way, we said yes and accepted the idea of ​​settling in another hotel. On the other hand, they directed us to the Ağva Rex hotel, which was their other hotel (I don't think it could even be a hostel). At this hotel, another person, whom we learned was Sudanese, welcomed us. Together with the person, we were brought to the hotel room. We went out and made the mistake of trying to get a place to stay at the hotel for two days. We entered the hotel by paying for 2 days with our credit card. (How could we have thought that the air conditioners were not working and the wifi was not working) Then, when we got to our room, the first thing we asked about was the air conditioners. The air conditioners were the best. It was at least 30 years old, dirty and rusty. Moreover, they were not working. When we told them that the air conditioner was not working, the person named Rabia promised on the phone that she would have the air conditioner fixed during the day, and we agreed, saying "Damn it, we are already tired from the road." Of course, our air conditioner was not installed that day, we used the fan on the TV stand. We had to spend the night. Then, for our Wi-Fi internet needs, my wife went downstairs to the Sudanese friend (I think he is working at the reception) and asked for the hotel Wi-Fi password. When we entered the password, we experienced our second shock when we saw that the hotel had no internet connection and the Wi-Fi was not working. Anyway, we came for two days. We said let's be patient. Now it's time for me to explain the real face of this institution that has no real people. After all these events, we went to the sea and when we came back to the hotel, we observed that there were white spots on my daughter's face, 3-4 cm in diameter. This, of course, disturbed us very much. While we were dealing with these, my wife's brother called us and called us to tell us about her mother's heart. She informed us that there was a jam and that they would take him to the emergency room. Since these two events overlapped, we called the woman called Rabia and informed her that our child had white spots on her face, that we had made an urgent appointment at the hospital, and that my wife's mother had an illness and that we had to leave the hotel as soon as we woke up in the morning.
