"It was a very enjoyable holiday for me, despite the bad weather. We hardly left the hotel in Şile, using the facilities like the Turkish bath, indoor pool, and sauna. The air conditioning was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the buffet breakfast was delicious and varied."

Many thanks to Mr. Furkan and the whole family, well done! Missing: Air conditioning (!! important), hanger behind the bathroom door (for towels), a shelf under the mirror above the bathroom sink and at least 2 glasses in the room (even paper cups would do)."

"My wife and I chose the White House for a day of relaxation, but it was a complete disappointment. We opted for the Göksu Room, which was considered the most luxurious room. The room's location is in a place where there's constant noise, and the jacuzzi is so old it looks dirty. You'd have to wonder about its cleanliness. There were also no personal care products like foam cream. But most importantly, we couldn't sleep all night because of the barking of the hotel owner's dog. I came to a place to relax and returned without sleeping. The reception desk was closed all night, and you couldn't find anyone to resolve the issue. When we woke up in the morning to explain our problem, the hotel owner simply refused to leave his seat, saying there was nothing to be done. This is not how the service industry should be. I would never recommend it to anyone."
