The pool was dirty like green even it shows as blue in their website. We couldn’t use it. We warned the administrators but they insisted that pool is clean as if messing with our minds
Anyhow i will never choose this otel, never ever

Otel cok temiz cok guleryuzluydu calisanlar.cok guzel dinlenebildik.otel de kapali havuz da mevcut,cok dinlendirici .sosyal olarak otelde vakit gecirebileceginiz cocuk parki,cocuk oyun salonu mevcut.,yetiskimler icin otelde langirt ve bilardo salonu mevcut.birde canli muzik yapildi o da cok guzeldi, konumuda cok guzel.sile merkeze cok yakin bir konumda.ayrica kumsal da cok yakin yuruyerek cok kisa zamanda ulasabiliyorsunuz.

As a Ramada regular guest I can say the overall experience wasn't at the level I used to from other Ramada hotels. I stayed here in December and it appeared like understaffed. As the area is more popular in the summer maybe the hotel offers a better experience during the peak season. At the end you receive what you're paying for.

Otelin önünde otopark yok. otel dere yatağı içinde, dere yağmurda yükseldi ve araçlarımız su içinde kaldı. Otelde 1 gün mahsur kaldık.

Sezonda gelmedik o yüzden beklentim düşüktü. Fakat içeri girince, algım çok değişti. yemekler çok lezzetli odalar çok temizdi. Otel yeni. Onu hissediyorsunuz. Özellikle Esra hanımın bize desteği sıra dışı ve samimiydi. Bir çalışan her şeyi değiştiriyor. Bize dünya kupasını izlemek için ortam oluşturdu, çay meyve hepsi eksiksizdi. Şömineli bir alan var ki yemek sonrası tam dinlenme yeri..her şey için teşekkürler

Hafta sonu tatili için çocuklu aile grubu olarak konakladık, rezervasyon yaparken özellikle kapalı havuzun açık olup olmadığını sorduk çocuklar için ve kullanıma açık olduğu belirtildi. ancak otele giriş yaptığımızda öğrendik ki Kapalı Havuz kapalı ve havuzun olduğu bölge tadilat halinde otelde de hiç bi**eyen bir tadilat var ve her yer rutubet kokuyor odalarda sabaha kadar su sesi mevcut yan oda tuvalete girince siz de uyanıyorsunuz kısaca sakın gi**eyin derim

Önce iyi yanları dekorasyon, sessizlik, kahvaltı açık büfe yeterli. Olumsuz ise bir yönetim problemi var. Personel yetkinlik olarak yetersiz kalıyor ama bu onların sorunu değil. Yönetim doğru işe alım ve eğitim yapmadığı çok belli. Spa yeni açıldığını söylediler çok geniş bir alan ile avantajlı olmasına rağmen çok yetersiz. Soyunma odası yok. Banyo, tuvalet ve kilidi olmayan dolapları aynı alanda. Eşyanızı güvenle bırakamıyorsunuz. Ortam ısı**ası yetersiz sıcak değildi. Masaj yapan hanımlar çok bakımsız ve ağzında sakız ile masaj yapıyor. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih e**em.
