All of the staff are very helpful and informative. The most favourite during our stay is their Kindness, they keep on smiling while talking and everything. It covers all minus during the stay.

This is the best hotel in Samosir. Location isn't far from ferry. Room is spacious and the view is amazing. Breakfast is also good.

For 5 stars, the facilities are still lacking. The rooms also don't match the price, maybe because it's still new that's why it's full. The friendliness of the front office is also lacking. Smiles are very expensive there
