Advantages Central located hotel. Nice staff. Clean rooms. OK room service. I will not return because: Heating system not functioning properly No warm water during the night (quite a big deal for family travel) and no Low quality mattress Small parking. Closed bar at 10:00 ( no water availble) Price vs. services & hospitality

I love this plase. Every Time I can, I go there with my family. The rooms are very nice and clean, The staff îs kind and always helps you with a smile. They have a greate Spa - my kid spent almost all the time in the pool and in jacuzzi. The food is greatyou have to try Lava Cake ❤️

few parking places available, 12 places for tens rooms poor breakfast quality the utilities and the furniture is very old and some of them bad quality the room’s door is not working properly you need to push it hard from 4 strs hotel only 2 of them are on the hotel the other 2 are on the sky

I was dissapointed about the service and hotel staff. Other than breakfast which was varied and good, there are not so many positive things to add in regards of this accommodation. Hotel is short on parking spots, some people in the staff are unprofessional and rude, room was not that clean, especially the carpet under bed where I could find a lot of “valuable” stuff, moldy bathroom and missing drain and bathtub cover, old and cheap room light fixtures and so on. In my opinion, it does not deserve its stars and accommodation is overvalued and overpriced. Price to offered service and quality is way too high. I will never come back here given the on-site experience

The hotel is nice, clean and staff friendly. Not everyone speaks English, especially the restaurant staff but that wasn't an issue. The pool and spa area was a bit crowded but generally nice and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was big and offered many different hot and cold choices.

Tha room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel also have a pool and a ciubar and we had a good time swimming and chilling by the pool. We had breakfast included and it was delicious. We also ate dinner here and the food was also very good. However, the designd was a little bit kitch and old for my taste.

The hotel in clean and with a nice outside look, situated in a central location with easy access to all touristic objectives from Sinaia. In the room the maintenance it is not at the four stars level. The wall paper is unglued the floor water from the bath room go into the room, the view from the room is not very attractive. I was impressed by the personal very polite and prompt in solve any request. I found a good breakfast with large diversity of food almost at a four stars level. The location could be a good choice for a short break in Sinaia and if you are lucky you'll find also a place in the parking.
