Location pretty good, bencoolen mrt right at the door step and a stone throw to alot of tourist attractions, room wise pretty small and sound proofing has alot of work to do. you can hear people from the rooms next door as well as the corridor. I couldn’t sleep well during my stay. Overall i would say i probably wont choose to stay here again and at this price point i have better options, but if location is priority and you are a easy sleeper, you can still consider this place.

Great central location! Just a few meters away from Bencoolen station. There's a 7-11 and food court across the street, plus some cafes and restos nearby. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and there's no closet, only a few hooks and hangers, but not too bad for a few days stay. My only complaint is sound insulation. We could hear a big family during the night in the hallways and in their room beside us.

From check-in to check-out, the overall service was very warm. The front desk could speak Chinese. Because it was my birthday, the hotel also prepared a small cake, greeting cards, room decoration, etc. That's really sweet. Next time I have a chance to come to Singapore, I will buy back! The front desk brother is really sweet, that day to Sentosa beach, help me print the ticket and tell me the most convenient subway route! Very moved!

The Hotel Location was good since it was walking distance to the train station and less than 20 mins from Chinatown and Orchard. However, do note that it does lack on amenities such as cutlery. Overall, it was still a great stay and I really like their filtered water dispenser :)

Had a wonderful stay. Clean well designed room with two beds for my friend and I, and outstanding service from the staff. Perfect location as well, near lots of sights and transport.

Glad to choose this hotel for my staf at Singapore. Understood that the room is tiny but spacious for two of us. Their staf are helpful, strategic location, near by Bencoolen MRT (200meter away) and bus stop, high speed wi fi, surrounded by many restaurants, near by Bugis street (around 600m), near by Albert hawker. Above of my room and hotel area is clean n neat, my top priority when choose a hotel. Having gym and pool also to burn ur calory when (sometimes) always starving to enjoy local food hehehe. A lii bit problem when I checked in which my room was not ready yet, otherwise Frontliner staff offerred me to choose room at any floor, to bargain these. Well, I could say: stay in this hotel worth every penny.

The pub nearby was noisy during our stay on Sat, the live music played late until at least 02:00. Staffs were nice, polite and helpful. Great location just a short distance to MRT station, 7-11 just opposite and a food court as well. Room is not big to be honest.

Location is excellent! It's 3-5 minutes walking distance to the Downtown Line (blue) and Circle Line (yellow). A few Churches around (St Peter, St Joesph, CHIJMES, etc.), and a food court at the mall opposite to hotel. Around 10 minutes walking distance to Bugis, you can walk along the night market street to Bugis or back to hotel. There is an express route 502 directly from IMM (outlet mall) to Hotel. Staff are helpful and nice. However, room is a bit small to place luggage.

Good location, very convenient. Staff very friendly. Value for money.
