Booked this for a business visitor. Apparently the air conditioner broke down on the last night and nothing was done for compensation

Room facing the little hill with nice view and room is clean and comfortable. It’s really a quite place from in the city to relax.

A really cozy hotel located near Outram mrt, it was. A really good gateway, the hotel receptionist was so accommodating and friendly, will definitely be back again! I have really enjoyed my stay here

Overall experience are ok. Parking friendly. Door lock was faulty. Necessary amenities are available.

Nice ambiance and love the pillows. Towels are good quality too.

Location far from MRT , really not convenience without car. We stayed at family suit( 2 rooms & 1 bathroom). Bathroom door is half transparent, no action from the staff even after we make complaint.
