Though the price is 3-4 star grade, but it’s one of the worst hotel experience that I ever had. I paid the second cheapest room type as it supposed to have a window, but I turned up to be arranged in the cheapest room type, without any windows, for 5 nights.
The hotel placed 2 individual packs of coffee in my room upon check in. But on the third day when I requested the replenishment after finishing 2 packs. , I got a ridiculous reply that each stay only entitled to 2 packs! Again this is the first-ever hotel stay experience in my entire life. The room rate cost over HK$900/night which I can’t even get 1 extra pack of instant coffee?!
Furthermore, no one came tidy up my room throughout the 5-night stay. And the in-room TV has no local TV channels. Only if you have your own Netflix or Disney Channel account, otherwise, please expect you’ll stay in a no-window, no TV-programme room for your entire journey.
