Booking deluxe executive room, the highest category in this hotel and end up in a small room w/o mini fridge, I request for a fridge during my booking because I really need it, book 2 months in advance but end up very disappointed, staff not helpful and very noisy in the morning because my room next to the store room, and can hear noise like people’s are knocking the door in the morning and it’s irritating, won’t stay here again and it’s not cheap for my room because of the category , there’s so many more choices with that kind of rate 😩

Location was great, many good options and shopping. Note that you must give $50 deposit in cash / hand over your ID or passport

Location is good and room size is decent for Singapore. However, room maintenance is aged and is in need of repainting. Sound proof is mediocre.

Good location but small room

The hotel’s location is good. Room was quite small to our liking especially bathroom was very congested.

Although i stay just 1 nigh in this hotel, The staff was very kindness, room is very clean ,tightly for me very comfortable. I were come again for next booking

Poor hygiene, various stains on the walls, and noise from the air vents that cannot be turned off. This kind of hotel should not appear in a modern city.

Great location and cleanliness. Just the TV need to change. Will recommend.
