Checked in super early as they offered me a room, but did not mention what it was. I booked a double bed but the room they gave me was not what I wanted.
Bathroom was super tiny but still adequate. Wear and tear was quite obvious and the bed wasn’t as comfy as I expected.
The location was probably the best thing out of this hotel. Other than that, service from staff was friendly and kind. I just hoped they would at least inform me what the room they offered me beforehand. If it weren’t because I was in a rush, I wouldn’t have accepted.

The room is clean and comfortable, having garden balcony is great.
It will be great if they are able to ensure the room is ready before the check in time instead of having customer to wait in the lobby.
Breakfast option is limited.

離公交地鐵站不遠 附近有食閣便利店吃飯挺方便的 房間確實小兩個箱子的話有點擠 提前入住要看空房情況 用房券性價比還行

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, close to shops and public transport. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. I really appreciated all the small details that made our stay special. Highly recommended — I would definitely come back again!

The location of Mercure Trywhitt is convenient with food and MRT nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small and a bit old, and the soundproofing could be better. Breakfast was simple. Overall, an okay stay if you just need a place to sleep, but not very memorable.
