I booked 4 rooms for my famiy to stay one week in Singapore. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The apt amenities included a washer and dryer and a refrigerator and kitchen area that were very nice. Email customer service communucations with the hotel before and after our stay were promptly responded to. Hotel is in a very convenient area close to MRT and also has access to quick local food that is good. Excellent Hainan Chicken cafe and Kaya toast (Killiney) stores within one block. Highky reccomend as this place is good value for families visiting Singapore and much less cost per day han the major chain hotels in the downtown area. Train system MRT is very fast and efficient and close by. Will comer here again mwhen we return to Singapore..

The apartment is spacious, clean with very comfy beds. We could have done with some more cups and cutlery though. Breakfast was different every day and catered for many different cultures. However, what made this apartment outstanding were the people. From the beautiful cleaning lady with a big smile on her face to the security guards, all were so friendly and happy!! The vibe of the place created by staff was unbelievable great!

Location was great and staff were super helpful and friendly but the wifi was bad - couldn’t connect at all in the room. Also the bathroom didn’t have a fan and flooded easily.

洗濯機付きの宿を希望して選びました。韓国製の洗濯乾燥機なので洗濯と乾燥はストレスなくできました。部屋には室内干しのラックもあります。
建物は古いですが中は改装されていて快適に過ごせました。部屋はシャワーのみでバスタブがないタイプですがお湯は豊富に出たのが良かったです。空調も新しいものに更新されており温度調整も容易でした。

- shower only does mega hot, no temp control
- BIGGEST ISSUE: the hotel has chosen super heavy chairs the bottoms of which (as with the tables) make an horrifically loud sound and vibration on the floor. If you have very strange neighbor above you who for some unknown reason moves his furniture around constantly until 12/1am and kicks off again at 6am, you will not sleep well.

Great location house keeper lovely apartment very clean swimming pool needs rail near steps to assist with elderly accessibility reception staff not overly friendly door staff were and very helpful breakfast could have a bit more variety

Quartier pas trop loin de l'animation. A 8 mn du MRT . Piscine agréable . Les femmes de ménage sont très sympa et serviables . Machine à laver top . Supermarché en dessous de l'hôtel . Le petit déjeuner est sympa , varié et copieux .
