房間和設施都很好，下樓就是食閣，離地鐵很近。但是門迎的印度外勞總是糾纏讓填寫好評問卷很煩。

酒店位置非常棒，從機場坐EW線tanjong pagar站出來，穿過一個城市綠地大概2分鐘左右就到了，而且在極具標識性外觀的Oasia hotel旁邊，大老遠就可以確定酒店方位。酒店馬路對面是fair price超市，斜對面是tanjong pagar food center，離Maxwell food center，牛車水大廈，佛牙寺和Lau Pa Sat大概都是走路10多分鐘左右的距離。30平米的房間在出行前挑選比對時，可以算新加坡比較大的房間了。房間裏有洗漱用品，有熱水壺、茶包和速溶咖啡，沒有瓶裝水，但是有直飲水。比較遺憾的是入住給了7樓，所以沒有view。

位置十分方便，周邊有很多吃的，方便得來又寧靜，卡爾登應該係5星，但係房間內不像5星洒店，有點失望
