Water pressure kinda weak compare to the last time i came and the shower door kept opening 🥲🥲🥲 but overall love the facilities with the new additional of wireless charging box/pad thingy

This is my 2nd stay here, for my birthday this year! Always loved how the location is convenient and it has everything I need for a simple but satisfying stay. Everything was great, I got upgraded to the 24th Floor 🥹🥹! Only slight downside was that the door had to be pushed really, REALLY hard to close / open it (it won't close properly). Not a huge nuisance but I do have to use my whole body weight to close the door lol. And there were dust bunnies in the gaps where the door lock (the black latch) is. I had to wipe that down myself. Besides these, the stay was comfy and great! Thank you once again! :)

Everything satisfied and met the expectation. Giving us a slice of cake for anniversary celebrations!

We were greeted with poilte, helpful lady at the reception. Though we were early but she managed to check us in. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy as well as pillows.

The whole staying was awesome. Services are kudos to the max. Thanks Ms Dee Johari for the surprise cake☺️🫰

It was a pleasant stay. Room was clean n neat. My son enjoyed playing in the pool with his frisbee. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Great location lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just opposite to the hotel. Easy access to the MRT. One thing would recommend to change is the scent in the main lobby just too strong for us…

Very clean and beautiful when we first checked in. Really loved the see through bathtub and enjoyed my night there. Will definitely go here again

The gym is tiny. The room quite spacious and the bed was great! Loved the bathtub

I love the room interior all of it especially it’s aesthetically pleasing and their service is lovely! Will definitely have a stay here again! Thank you for keeping my forgotten item! I appreciate it so much. Just a feedback maybe if possible to have bidet will be easier for us ! Other than that its so beautiful!

Good location nearest mrt and food hawker! Nice hotel

Overall a nice stay with superb location with lots of food options and markets across the streets. Only issue was that the TV doesn't turn on at times. They provided a nice cake for birthday celebration as well

Overall the two day stay was an excellent experience. The location is super convenient, NTUC a free steps away from hotel. A lot of restaurants nearby all walking distance without a sweat. Will definitely come back and stay again next trip with my girlfriend.

Great stay. Location super convenient with many food court and food dessert, fairprice supermarket. Walking distance to mrt too. Can borrow umbrella during the rainy day. Room and bed comfy too, good cleanliness and great view from the room. Overall is good. Will come back again for sure.
