The Broadway Hotel is a great place to stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Pan and Arson at the concierge. They made sure our stay was comfortable and even upgraded our room from king to a suite! The rooms are comfortable and luxurious. It offers comfort and sophistication. We had free access to the Galaxy Resort deck. All staff are well-trained and provide us with excellent service. They were always attentive and seemed to know what we needed before we asked. There was a man named Linton who was particularly attentive and provided excellent service. Everyone there took the time to greet us and make us feel welcome. This is truly a five star experience! The staff here is well trained to provide the A+ service anyone could ask for. Definitely recommended!

TOO MUCH UNCLEANED.. BADLY DEDUCTED MONEY 3 ROOMS GIVEN WRONG INFORMATION. NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY FOR EXTRA BOOKING. NON COOPERATIVE , USELESS HOTEL. DON'T GO THERE..
