As a whole the Apartment was great , near to orchard, near to vivo. Feels like a home and not a hotel . Receptionist both were good and helpful.

This hotel will only provide room cleaning service after seven days of stay. I have to call myself every day to deliver towels. In such a hot country, the hotel does not have such basic proactive services. I am surprised. The tables in the hotel are dirty and there is no shower gel. No one comes in to check if there is anything missing in the room every day. They only deliver things at 8 o'clock in the morning. I originally went to Singapore for work. They don't provide any service when I return to the hotel after work every night. . I suggest Ctrip put these notes on the hotel description to remind future travelers to be careful.

We lived there for 10 days and had to change two rooms. The first one has a curtain that did not cover the window, leaving no privacy for residents. The second one.had a problematic air condition so we have to pack up and get a new one. The rooms could be cleaner on the mat and floor.
Staff were nice and offered quick response.
Location wise, 3-5 min walk to Havelock MRT station. 25-30 mins from the airport. Not bad

The room with two bedrooms and one living room has three bathrooms, the sofa in the living room can also be opened as a bed, and the corner table is also a bedside table. Although there are disposable items, but the quality is not very good, it is better to bring your own.
There are tableware for 4 people in the cupboard. For a simple breakfast, fried eggs and noodles are still no problem. If you cook a meal that is too complicated, you will worry about the smell in the room.
There is a laundry room on the 4th floor, 6 SGD for washing and 6 SGD for drying. Send a small packet of washing powder. Do not buy too much laundry coins, they cannot be refunded.
There is a swimming pool on the top floor of the 11th floor. After a day of playing, it is also good to take a swim in the evening.
The hotel is very close to the Hele subway station. There is a Bak Kut Teh on the left side of the door that tastes good. There is also a restaurant on the right side where you can have a light meal. Further forward is the Zhonghelu subway station and the vegetable market.
