Hotel 81 - Spring

I will say as I have been traveling due to business so I have many experiences in hotel services , I have enjoy great services from this hotel 81 at geylang Lorong 15 , Fazri the manager is helpful and have great customer service skill. Five star for you bro

Had last minute planning and was looking for hotel for a friend. Called up and was handled by Fazri. Despite telling him that i am just checking on rates to compare he still assisted without hesitation. Finally called back to book a room and Fazri made things so simple for us. Had a pleasant stay for 2 nights there. Really appreciate the efficiency shown by Fazri.

My first stay with Hotel 81 spring. It really surprising me on the next day I met the manager Fazri at receptionist. He really concern of my stay assisting me and my friend to book a cab since it is hard for us to get one. Aside receiving my feedback, he really show his outstanding customer service. I am really impressive with his service. We'll done Fazri. I will return in future!

My stay at Hotel 81 Spring was truly remarkable. The Hotel Manager Fazri service was genuinely fantastic, attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Despite the room being slight oldish, it was clean,quiet environment. If any improvement is to be made, perhaps a little updating of the room design would be nice. Overall, keep up the good work!

This is truly an excellent no-frills hotel and I m very surprised with the level of good hygiene in the room and extremely professional front desk service especially Mr Fazri hotel manager there! 😊👌💯❤️ As I was traveling with my son, Mr Fazri had gone the extra mile to ensure both myself n my boy are comfortably settled in. I m very grateful for his hospitality measures ❤️👌🙏 My choice of stay for sure!!
