Village Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality Reviews

I booked Village hotel Sentosa for the 1st time during easter weekend and my bday celebration. I wrote in ahead of time to request for a sea view room as I wanted to make my bday staycation memorable. The check in was fast and smooth even though there were many guests for that long weekend. They had free popcorn for guests at the lobby. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary breakfast for 2 for the next day. Our room was the standard type and I didn't book with breakfast. So it was really a nice treat. Our room was at 5th floor with view of the pool and the sea. Room and view was really great. Then staff, Ethel, came by with 2 balloons, box of cakes and bday card. It was totally unexpected! Really appreciate the gesture. The room has modern amenities and really loved the automated toilet like the ones in Japan. There were several pools and we really had a great time there. Location was great and can easily walk to Imbiah station and Beach station. Hotel also provides free shuttle to Vivocity. Will definitely book this hotel again for its excellent service and amenities.

Able to get the bath tub and they gave a corner room which can see cable car before entering the room-room is without a view. King bed is specious. overall cleanliness was okay. pillow can be fluffier. there is shuttle bus service to beach station and vivo city at 30mins interval. but actually hotel is just few mins walk to the monorail. quite convenient. Swimming pool was pretty pack in the evening. nevertheless was good

Stayed here many many times great for family and kids friendly. They even have shuttle bus to vivo and to the beach station. Front desk person Amirah and Diva was very kind and helpful. They had our daughter birthday deco set up(complimentary) too and a nice cake. Makes our stay very comfortable and enjoyable

From Imbiah station easy 10 min walk in to village hotel. Check in and out smooth. The room service food is 💥💥. Shuttle bus in out to vivo is available. Will come back again if there is a chance. Swimming area is awesome too. 😎😎

Wonderful hotel with convenient shuttle bus service, nice pool view. Kids enjoyed the pool with floaty. Beautiful birthday room decoration for our connecting room!

Great location & clean hotel with a big swimming pool. My kids enjoy it very much especially the lazy pool. Just that on our last day stay, swimming pool towel is running out and pool bar close bit early at 6.30pm. Breakfast restaurant is spacious, food choices is sufficient to us. There is a small corner for complimentary old childhood snack. 😊

Stayed for 4 nights. A really family-friendly hotel. My son enjoyed the kids’s pool a lot. The location is just few minutes walk to the Bus, Train and the Cable car. Food selection is good. Would love to stay again next time.

The room is so big and two rooms are connected and there are 2 shower rooms for family room, so no more lining up in the morning. The room is also clean and brand new. I'm so satisfied with everything including the view. It looks exactly the same as the photos on their website.

Check in process was fast and smooth! Room was a little small but its sufficient.

This is a super nice hotel, and we got free upgrade for a pool view ~ and it is so convenient to go universal studio with just one station from the sentosa express. Really recommend to people who wish to go there for a chilling holiday. Btw, excellent breakfast in this hotel, options are changing everyday, and they are delicious too !!

The Village Hotel Sentosa felt like our home away from home for 4 days. Although smaller than hotels in the main island, the cozy vibe made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It's conveniently located as well, allowing us to enjoy Sentosa's attractions. Buffet breakfast is good but can expand choices.

+ Nice swimming pool, decent location - Room smells bad, shower and toilet odour very bad. New towel had makeup on.

Very good and clean. Good location with direct free sentosa shuttle bus. Breakfast is excellent. The only limitation is the rooms and washroom doesn’t come with enough hanging place. Inside the room you can only hang 3 shirt and not more than that. There is no where to hang my swimsuit in the washroom. There is no where to hang or place the towel during bathing, I have no choice but to place on the toilet bowl cover. There is no place to hang clean clothes after shower so I had to leave it on the floor. Other than that the pool is excellent.
