The hotel staff service on check in is very good and room was upgraded from the deluxe suite to premium suite by the reception. Room is excellent and the facilities provided in the room is excellent.
Super comfy bed mattress and slept very well.
The hotel to the Genting Sentosa resort ****** is just within the same hotel building.

Check in was a breeze.. it was really nice gesture from hotel to throw in additional breakfast for 1 child.. Room is big.. there’s a big bath tub for kids to play in … comes with mini bar .. nice touch .. it’s a short walk to attractions.. only thing is pool is kind of small..

Amazing! Thandar is a very kind person helping us a lot. The whole hotel staff is understanding and considerate. It’s definitely worth the trying. And this is why I would recommend visitors going to here for staying. If I come back to Singapore, I would choose this hotel.
