酒店周圍生活非常便利，超市餐廳都有，附近也有好幾個公交站，去哪裡都很方便！酒店包水電網，裝修簡約大方，基本的生活用品像餐具廚具麪包機 洗衣機烘乾機都有提供一應俱全，每週還可以使用吸塵器吸地。房間的床很大很舒服，採光好，周圍遠離馬路沒有噪音。酒店的工作人員也都特別特別熱心，有任何問題都會及時處理並且反饋，能夠省很多時間和精力，平常也特別照顧我們，會組織各種團建活動幫助我們融入這裏，超級推薦滿分滿分！！

My husband and I stayed at Village Residence West Coast for almost a year, and the dedicated staff did an excellent job in making us feel at home. We enjoyed every minute of our always-clean and comfortable, conveniently-located residence, which included gatherings with other residents and the staff on special occasions. We wish Nancy, Sharifah, and their ever-solicitous team continued success in making Village Residence a wonderful home-away-from-home for all who are fortunate to stay there.

Recently stayed at Village Residence West Coast and was thoroughly impressed! Right off the bat, the location is super convenient, nestled in a chill part of the West Coast but close enough to great dining and shopping spots. The place itself is spotless - cleanliness is clearly a priority here. What really made my stay memorable was the staff. They’re genuinely nice and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I had a bit of a panic moment when I lost my ring, and the staff didn’t hesitate to help me search for it, even going through the garbage bin to find it. Their patience and willingness to go above and beyond were truly touching. The rooms are comfy and have everything you need, whether you’re crashing for a few nights or sticking around for longer. Plus, the amenities are top-notch, perfect for when you want to unwind after a day of exploring. All in all, staying at Village Residence West Coast was a fantastic experience. It’s not just the convenience or the clean rooms, but the genuinely friendly vibes from the staff and their exceptional service that make this place stand out. I’m so grateful for their help and definitely looking forward to coming back here on my next trip!

服務很棒很乾凈，出行便利，位置優越，阿姨們都很友好態度都很棒，床上用品也有及時更換平時公寓也很安靜，廚具傢俱都很齊全，微波爐壞了也有及時更換服務態度也極好，公寓還經常舉行團建活動，有各類美食和多種風情，給我一種不一樣的體驗。真的非常喜歡，是一個適宜居住的好地方，公寓周邊環境也很棒，都充斥着和諧友善愉悦的氛圍。房間內色調簡單，讓人看着很舒服，而且水電網房租全包，空調也可24小時使用在新加坡有二十四小時可使用的空調真是非常非常的棒

這裡是一個很好的公寓，樓下有商場，對面還有市場。在這裏住無論是生活還是工作都有一個很便利的條件。這裏的工作人員都很貼心，每次來打掃衞生的時候，都會問我們是否方便，之後才開始工作。對於我們住在這裏的人都很友好，衞生打掃的非常仔細，乾淨。無論是打掃人員還是公寓的領導，工作都非常認真，對我們也非常關心。住在這裏一年多的時間對她們我衷心的説聲謝謝辛苦您們了。同時也希望來這裏無論是工作，度假，還是旅遊的，特別推薦選擇這家公寓，真的是非常舒服！

總的來説，village residence給我提供了非常好的服務和非常愉快的入住體驗。這裏的員工服務讓我感到十分温暖，是我選擇這家酒店最重要的原因。在我入住的第一天Betty姐姐幫助我瞭解酒店和周圍，並提供了很多幫助。例如，當我在生活中遇到很多問題Betty姐會很快給出迴應並解決，打印、修理等等問題，數不勝數。前台服務的Sharifah姐姐總是會以温暖的笑容迎接每一次回家，並且會及時提供前台服務的任何幫助。修理工人Thiru會及時修好損壞的傢俱，並且做事認真負責。我會推薦身邊的朋友來入住。

這裡是一個很方便的公寓， 出門方便， 住的很舒服，隔壁有一個購物中心，對面還有小販中心，有很多新加坡當地的美食，如果不想做飯，在這裡是主住是一個很好的公寓，這裏的員工很友好， 特別是打掃衞生的美珠，衹要任何疑問很耐心的幫我們處理， 知道我們都是上夜班的，每次修空調時候都會給管工註明，儘量避免影響到我們休息，在這裏我們感到有家的感覺，很貼心的服務。 在這裏住了一年了非常感謝這裏的團隊成員，對我們的照顧。

Nice environment with well-rounded service, provided all kinds of facilities, quick responses by the management team, Betty is always there giving supportive and help us with all the situations, we all like her so much, and the traffic here is so convenient and I really recommend here wholeheartedly.
