Village Residence Hougang

I recently stayed at village residency Hougang. And this is my second time here. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Surayah was an excellent host, always responsive and accommodating. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and The welcome basket with snacks was a lovely touch. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a convenient base for city exploration Thank you.

Despite the building's age, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and well-equipped amenities of the apartment. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, with beds and pillows that ensured a restful sleep each night. I must extend a special thank you to your housekeeper, Surayah. Her dedication, honesty, and hard work were truly commendable and contributed significantly to our enjoyable stay. Overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Village Residence Hougang. The proximity of NTUC Xtra supermarket and the mall adjacent to the apartment complex made shopping convenient, while the nearby hawker center and wet market, just a few bus stops away, provided us with a taste of local flavors. While our stay was memorable, it's worth noting that the distance from the train station was a drawback. The need to rely on buses, approximately six stops away, to access the train station and bus interchange was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, we are grateful for the exceptional hospitality and comfortable accommodation provided by Village Residence Hougang. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit for almost 2 months in April-May 2024. Both the condo in general and the unit we stayed were fully equipped and well kept. Staff were very attentive. They responded our requests/comments swiftly. Thanks for everything Serina, Meor, Nirani, Uma..

Very nice hospitality and services, front desk and housekeeping staff ( especially Christa & Nirani) was very supportive and helpful…enjoyed our 1 month long stay here !!

Staying for 3 months I was quite happy about the flat My family visited me inbetween for two weeks Even with for perplex we hat a nice experimente Good Service 3x / week Very nice and polite staff Thanks to Surayah!!! Only weak point: not very stable WWiFiconnectivity but prepaid SIM Carsten are quote cheap ;)

This place is highly recommended place to Stay, and on top of that and most importance is This place is really clean and absolutely the Cleaner Named Surayah, have been doing Outstanding job cleaning and make the beds. Ps : the Supermarket and foodcourt are underneath it.
