Facilities: The hotel is almost 10 years old, and the facilities in the room are a bit old. For example, the shower bracket is not firmly fixed to the wall.

The hotel was fine, but my partner kill 4 small cockroaches in the hotel room. When we arrive, the housekeeper forgot to put toothbrush for our room, and the bathroom floor become slimy when its wet meaning it didn’t clean properly due to soap residue? Great hotel but these small details could be improved for future guests 😊

The staff were lovely and helpful the food was delicious I had buffet breakfast and lunch special and cocktails and dinner was all delicious. Poll was fantastic and my room in the tress was very much all I needed plenty of hot water and air conditioning was great to come back to after hot days out and about I had great time

The room was clean but the toilet has no bidets that make us abit uncomfortable, and the room was abit dark for my girlfriend to do her make up too. Overall was still okay.

Very disappointed after staying at this hotel, room design is not as what we expected, the design is totally different from what we see in the website (real life photo as attached), i don’t even know that I’m staying in the hotel or a army camp bunk, no free plain water, no shampoo, no toothbrush & toothpaste provided, still need to go the lobby to buy the water from the vending machine. This is the most worst experience that i have seen in Singapore.
