ไม่สะดวกเลย เช็คอินก่อนไม่ได้ต้องรอตามเวลาคือบ่ายสาม ห้องน้ำขาดๆเกินๆ อุปกรณ่ที่มีก็ใช้ได้บ้างไม่ได้บ้าง และความที่ไม่มีพนักงาน คือห้องน้ำสกปรกไม่ไหว พรมเช็ดเท้าก็ไม่มีอาบน้ำเสร็จเดินออกมาก็พื้นลื่นอีกเสี่ยงจะล้นลื่นหัวแตกเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวที่ให้เช็ดแรงก็ไม่ได้ เหมือนมันขาดเปื่อยแล้ว ห้องครัวกระแดะมีให้แต่ก็เหมือนไม่มี ใช่งานอะไรไม่ได้เลย เสียดายเงิน รู้งี้จ่ายน้อยกว่าไปนอน Hostel เลย หรือไม่ก็จ่ายแพงกว่าอีกนิดแล้วไปนอนโรงแรมที่เป็นโรงแรมมากกว่า นี่ยังไม่นับรวมว่าห้องไม่เก็บเสียง หรือต้องมาเดินขึ้นลงขึ้นลงเพื่อเข้าห้องน้ำตอนกลางคืนอีก เป็นการมาเที่ยวและพักผ่อนที่อยากรีบกลับบ้านเป็นที่สุด เสียดายเงิน อย่าพัก ไปพักที่อื่น เตือนละนะ

I just had a problem checking in as the self check in is not working. But the customer service is very attentive and accommodating. She guided me all the way and been a very big help. I also encountered a toilet bowl with stain, the previous user did not clean it. But the rest is clean. They do not serve food so I was given a voucher as my booking has food inclusion.
