The room is small and old, and the facilities are also very old. The advantage is that it is quiet and not noisy. I can't ask for a check-out. Generally, ordinary hotels in Singapore are almost the same price. It is more expensive and not as good as before.

The beds were hard, need new beds. The pillows were hard and only allow to have one pillow. I requested for extra pillow as there was nothing in the cupboard inside the room. I wasn't allow to have 2 extra pillows. The bathroom/toilet stinks. There should be a air freshner inside. Also the toilet and the door are too closed, our knees reach the door and very small space. The wash face facility/sink bowl should always be in the bathroom. in this case in was where you make tea and coffee. there was no milk or any biscuits for complimentary. The coffee complimentary was not nice coffee flavour. Four nights we came back with a sore neck and sore back. Not a good experience. The breakfast was over cooked, especially the scramble eggs over cooked that it looks almost purple, and we got beaten by mosquito's. There was no toilet paper when we need to use the bathroom. I was sad and disappointed because I bought my mother with me on this trip.

Hotel located in center of Clark Quay near mrt burger king star bucks restaurant cafe old hill street police station
We arrived before check in time and iur room guest already checked out. So they allow us early check in with kindness service warm welcome is very impressed
The room space is small but fit for two person clean, good amenity comfy bed. the noise outside is a little bit loud but is okay to stay

I have stayed at various hotels of the same level in Singapore, but this was the most comfortable stay. It costs about 110 SGD per night, and although the wallpaper is a little torn and it's old, I think it's one of the best hotels in Singapore for the price. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Although it is old, there are two washing machines, which are free of charge, which is helpful for long-term stays. There are no problems with air conditioning, shower water pressure, and amenities. Other people's comments said that there were ants and cockroaches, but I didn't see any. This is a different story for those who don't care about budget and want to stay at a first-class hotel, but if you want to keep costs down and stay for a long time, I think this is a very reasonable hotel with a good location. There was a 7-Eleven next to the hotel, which was convenient. I would definitely like to stay again next time.

Very well located, fair quality/price.
Walkable to the bay and to the river side restaurant area. Small room but with everything you need, the worst is the breakfast with instant coffee and little option for non-Asians.

One sheltered over cross pedestrian bridge to a shopping mall & MRT station, 3-10 minutes walking to the cozy Clark Quay & River Valley, and the classy Raffles Place CBD.
