The hotel is relatively small and old. We booked a loft room. There was a sofa bed downstairs, so tall people couldn't sleep on it. However, the environment was relatively quiet, the room was relatively large, and there were two bathrooms, which was enough to store a lot of luggage. The breakfast had few varieties but was filling, and the waiters all spoke some Chinese and were quite welcoming.

The air conditioning upstairs did not work. We were provided with a noisy air conditioner to use for the rest of the stay, it was very difficult to sleep peacefully. The technician came early the next morning to vacuum all the pipes that we were still sleeping. The cleanliness is deplorable. Dust is everywhere, under the beds, under the stairs, in every corner of the room. The leg of the table, the sofa, the wardrobe, the complaints are full of dust, a lot of dust and too much dust. Despite my complaint on the 1st day, they were not cleaned. The sofa bed is not stable, it tips over as soon as you sit on the edge. The space between the sofa bed and the stairs is very limited. Every day, the cleaning is sloppy. No one picks up our trash. The sofa bed is just covered, the sheet underneath is not put away. The brushing is damaged, it is not safe to use. A hair is left hanging on it without cleaning. Breakfast is not good at all, just scrambled eggs with onions and watermelons. The plates are made of polystyrene. The pool is very small, not even for one person.

The environment is great! And the service attitude is also very good ~ The location is good, it feels like you can walk everywhere, it's super close! I booked it for the concert. In general, the experience is very good, very good ~ The price is also very reasonable ~ It's pretty good! If I have the opportunity to come to Singapore again, I may choose this hotel again. Check-in is also very convenient and fast. I miss Singapore
