Very good hotel brand, with its own standard. First of all, there are shampoo and shower gel, no toothbrush and toothpaste, bath towels, no slippers, and luggage storage. Although it always says self-service check-in, there are actually staff on site to guide, nice

Of the few hotels in the group, each striving to be near a major cultural district and remaining affordable to travelers, this is near the fringe of Little India. Only problem is the wifi is lagging and there is a smell of cigarette in the room. Not something that I like. Wanted to mention to the staff in the premises however not around to be found.
