The transportation is very convenient, next to Orchard Road, there is a washing machine with children's clothes, you can put them in and put them away. The room is large and very comfortable.

We stayed 4 nights in Ascott Orchard for our wedding anniversary. While the location was perfect and hotel was clean and new, I think there is room for improvement in terms of service. First, the hotel does not provide any complimentary cake or drinks for special celebrations or any wishes from the check in staff even when we informed them. Second, the hotel uses dispenser water machines to be more environmentally friendly. However, the one in the room is high tech and complicated to use without any instructions. At the gym, there were no paper cups for water dispenser for the 4 days even after informing them. So nobody follow-up after highlighting to the staff. In summary, it’s not 5 star level by the normal Asian standards.
