For a family of 3 with kids the room is big enough for him to play. The bed is comfortable and just nice for the 3 of us.

Good location closer to metro station but not so clean.. Rooms are small with small window.( our reservation with 3 rooms located on 6-th floor) Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.

Deposit needs to be in CASH or will take 2 weeks to return to ur credit card. The size is decent but the pillows smelled terribly!

Hotel Favorit untuk yg pilih family room, kasur besar & nyaman, kamar lumayan luas, ada bidet meskipun air yg keluar kecil, deket banget sama halte bis, & cukup dekat dg mrt bugis, hanya saja air minum diberikan di hari pertama saja, hari kedua ga dapat air minum. bakal balik kesana lagi kalau ke singapore

除了靠近地鐵站，廣場和美食街，這家酒店衞生和設施都很差。房間特小還有螞蟻，每天要求打掃衞生，結果衹是補了4瓶水，床單也沒換，地上頭髮也還在。兩張床的位置設計有點問題，空調的位置吹一個方向，空調往一張床使勁吹，另一張感受不到空調。沒有免費用洗衣機服務，每一次洗要付＄12新幣，但是可以免費用乾衣機。前台不會説中文，都是用英文溝通。每天要求打掃衞生，我們幾個小時回來後，衞生都還沒打掃，去前台投訴，前台説一般都是把空的客房打掃後才把連住幾晚的客房打掃，等我們回到酒店要休息的時候，才過來打掃房間，有點無語了，結果我們還要匆忙的出去，讓他們打掃房間，晚上回來後，就看到補了4瓶水，啥也沒換，床單也沒換就鋪好，地上也沒掃，有點生氣。現在他們有做優惠，就是在網上發好評，可以有三十新幣返現，可是這家酒店的衞生，設施和服務也不好，不可能有人會給非常好的評語。這個價錢3星的酒店真的要考慮提高服務，設施和衞生。
