I was unable to check in due to my booking name not match my passport name, I was offered to pay sg150 to change the booking name or downgrade my room without refund the balance. Even trip.com CS call the hotel to verify they rejected it. I feel scam by this hotel. So funny even trip can justify and I can show all the proof in the person who book it. The receptionist so arrogant on handling the issue , not helpful and friendly. The room aircond not cold they give extra fan and the toilet is so smelly like sewerage smell 🤢. Not recommending to stay this hotel at all. The plus point is only near to mrt😅

The aircon is too strong and can't be adjusted cause it is a central aircon. Blanket only no comforter. The lighting in the standard room is dim.
