服務真的非常好，晚上突然有點問題都會及時幫忙解決，管家是一進酒店就把所有的房間設施都講解一次，下午茶和晚餐都選擇了在酒店內享用，非常舒服，下次還會選擇

環境、條件不用説了，畢竟價位擺在那裡👍但是服務真的不敢恭維🥀每一次跟管家説好的事情他要麼就忘記，要麼説好的事情遲到，真的讓人倒胃口。👎第一天問有沒有贈送的果盤，管家説有的，結果到了退房也沒拿來；第二天説好的時間打掃衞生，等我們外出回來了還沒打掃；卧室空調很差，有人來修了但沒修好；淋浴房的花灑🚿因為破損，水的噴射方向已經改變，使用中水經常滋進耳朵裏👂；最後一天離開前，説好時間叫行李員來幫忙拿行李箱，又遲到十分鐘😱 帶娃第一次入住，住了5晚，也是最後一次，不會再住。

萊佛士真的是城市的名片，豪華而內斂，都體現在細節處，酒店也是一步一景，非常出片。服務不好説，有的很熱情有的高冷，早餐擺的很華麗，口味一般般。
