為了方便出行訂了這個酒店住一晚，大堂不在一樓，前台一位男士，全程幾乎沒有正臉交流，還不停的和旁邊女士説説笑笑。雖然預訂時知道正在裝修，辦入住時聽見電鑽的聲音，心裏已經有預期。經過夜間飛行挺累了，結果酒店的房間入住，剛躺下發現窗外轟轟的聲音，關了空調還是這樣，感覺是室外空調還是挨着機房似的。果斷去大堂申請換房間，結果前台一臉不高興，認為我們沒有進房間就來換，而是躺下用了床鋪才説。好不容易換了，結果正對着消防站，一晚上大喇叭説話，鳴笛，不知道是不是有任務。唉😔，整個一個沒睡着。

Unclear communication Maybe it's because of the renovation...The new room type has direct drinking water next to the faucet...The front desk staff didn't tell me when I checked in, so I didn't drink water...It took a long time for the mineral water to be delivered after I asked for it at the front desk...The water delivery staff told me about the direct drinking faucet...If I had made it clear in the morning There is no such thing at all 3. The bed is not flat and makes noises It may be due to the decoration... The bed in the new room does not seem to be flat... If you put pressure on the back half of the bed, it will bump and make noises... After reporting to the front desk, I only got a reply that they will check it 4. The cleaning and tidying of the room is not uniform I didn't change the toothbrush in the first few days...I changed it on the fourth day I put a mat on the toilet...I didn't remove the mat in the first few days...I removed it on the fourth day Although it's not a big deal...but the inconsistent cleaning standards make people uncomfortable I feel that this decoration is very unsatisfactory...I just don't recommend it...

The service is terrible. I booked a superior room, but the one I got was at the level of a guesthouse. I went to the front desk, but they said they were the same. Look, the first three rooms were the first ones I was given, and the last three were the rooms I changed after I complained. More than 1,300 yuan a night, that's the experience. I called for two days, and finally Ctrip was more helpful and forced the hotel to change it back for me. Even so, the new rooms of the hotel are still being renovated, and the smell of the renovated ones is particularly strong, and the air filter is useless. If you have to stay there, I advise you to be good at English and don't be polite to the front desk. In addition, it is best to stay after 2025, so that the smell of the decoration can be slightly dissipated. I have been to Singapore so many times, and this is the first time I have been laughed at like this.

A family booked 2 rooms, but they are on 2 floors. I asked if they could be arranged on the same floor. The front desk asked me to come and ask tomorrow afternoon! It is not the hotel's arrangement to notify customers.

位置很不錯，晚上吃完飯正好可以走路去克拉碼頭看夜景，周圍吃飯很方便，也有商場可以購物，房間乾淨衞生！
