5年前來新加坡就住的這家…當時覺得挺滿意性價比又高…這次來又選了這家…打碎了我多年的濾鏡啊！
非常不推薦入住！！
1. 淋浴房沒有儲物架子…極其不方便！！！
第一晚洗澡時就發現了淋浴房裡沒有一個可以放洗漱用品的地方…因為太晚了就想第二天再詢問
第二天問了之後被告知：重新裝修的房間就是這樣的格局… 我説我朋友上週來住她的淋浴房有架子啊… 前台告知那是裝修前的房型…現在酒店正在裝修就是這樣的格局…他也得到了很多住客不方便的反饋…無能為力希望我自己在平台上留言（前台工作人員態度很好）
2.溝通告知不明確
可能也是因為重新裝修的原因…新房型有直飲水在水龍頭的旁邊…checkin時前台人員未告知導致沒有喝上水…去前台要了以後過了很久才送礦泉水上來…送水人員告知了直飲水龍頭…如果一早説清楚 根本里沒有這些事
3.床不平整有聲響
可能還是裝修的原因…新房型的床似乎並不是平整…着力在床後半段它就會有顛簸併發出響聲…跟前台反饋之後也衹得到了會查看的回覆
4.房間打掃整理水準不統一
前幾天沒有換牙刷…第四天換了
我在馬桶上墊了一個墊子…前幾天沒有把墊子撤走…第四天撤了
雖然都不是什麼大事…但是不統一的打掃標準讓人很不舒服
感覺這個裝修裝的非常不理想…就是一個不推薦…

服務奇差，訂了高級房，給我的是個招待所水平。
找前台，死活説是一樣的。大家看看，前三張是第一次給我的房，後三張是我投訴以後換的房。一千三百多塊一晚，就這體驗。
前後打了兩天，最後攜程比較給力，終於逼酒店給我換回來了。
即便如此，酒店的新房間還在逐步裝修，已經裝修好的味道也特別大，配了空氣過濾器也無濟於事。
如果非要去住，奉勸大家英文要好，對前台不必客氣。另外最好2025年以後再住，裝修的味道能稍微散一散。
去過這麼多次新加坡，第一次被搞笑成這樣。

位置很不錯，晚上吃完飯正好可以走路去克拉碼頭看夜景，周圍吃飯很方便，也有商場可以購物，房間乾淨衞生！

很滿意，地理位置很好，吃玩都很方便。窗外就能看到金沙，地鐵公交非常方便。旁邊就是商場。對面就是711，可以買地鐵卡。方便得很。景點都很近。
