日本のGW期間に2泊利用しました。部屋は十分な広さがあり、シャワーのみの認識でしたがバスタブもあって（少し浅めですがひとりで利用するには十分）のんびり過ごすことができました。水回りを含め、清掃状態もしっかりしていました。チェックイン対応もスムーズで、チェックアウトは日本のビジネスホテルのようにルームキーをボックスに返却するだけなのでまったく時間がかかりません。口コミでは施設は古めだけど～・・・という表現をいくつか見かけましたが、確かにピカピカの新築ではないですが古くてげんなりするような点はまったくありませんでした。
少し防音が弱いかな…？15階のお部屋でしたが、すぐ向かいの消防署に出入りする消防車？パトカー？のサイレンや、近くの飲食店かナイトクラブから流れてくる大きなBGMが部屋でも聞こえてきました。私は疲れてすぐ寝入ってしまいましたが、音に敏感な人だと少し厳しいかもしれません。
