這是我住過最最最最最差的酒店沒有之一。首先房間非常的潮濕，而且有蟲子，對面還是hd區。這些酒店都沒有提前告知，所以我們向酒店提出提前一天退房，然而酒店把責任推給了平台，我們在平台上問，平台把責任推給酒店。互相踢皮球的行為真的很無語。後續我會在12315和黑貓投訴上繼續投訴攜程平台的。（我也很想繼續投訴酒店，但酒店是國外的在國內投訴不了）

房間小，但是設施齊全，和香港差不多， 貴而小，插座衹有進門一個地方有，充電不方便。電吹風有點垃圾。酒店門口對面就是**屋（***）。

衞生差，房間牀頭櫃和台盆有螞蟻之類的蟲子。至於環境，對面是***。服務態度，問前台要點酒精棉花，那女人陰陽怪氣的説，酒店不提供醫療服務。周邊吃東西和超市還算方便，超市裡的牛奶很好喝。

這家店很乾凈，而且面積比想象中的大。之前預訂的在牛車水那邊房間價格貴多了，到面積衹有這個的一半。這個舒服很多，而且不吵鬧。就是對面樓棟環境一般般
