Horrible place and dishonest advertisements placed by the property. Was promised cleaning daily and free carpark lot but ended up telling me that cleaning is only once a week and it’s $150 extra Shd I wan cleaning 3X a week , carpark lot too is chargeable. Was shocked to open the door when I got the keys, the place ilooks more like a motel or dormitory instead. . Never will I ever book tis over-priced and run-down place again, there are much better options out there and we could have got a proper hotel instead at this exhorbitant price!

Staff here are fantastic. They are always responsive and accommodating. We would like to give a special mention to Xingge, the Houseman. He is the unsung hero of the property. Though his spoken English is not great, he makes it up with action. Always try to understand instructions and remember our preferences. Thank you, Xingge.

My family and I have been staying here since August 2023. The building is old but the units have been updated. The location is great - bus stop right outside the plaza and it’s a close walk to Orchard MRT and all the shops. The staff at the building are amazing, especially Elavarasi and Silver. They are always helpful and friendly! When we first moved in, our washer wasn’t working properly and within hours, they had a new washer delivered and installed for us. We’ve already extended our stay once and will likely extend again!

I spent almost 1 year at this place and have very wonderful memories.The apartment location was great, only a shot walk to Orchard Road, bus stops and the Orchard MRT, there is a full Kitchen and a shopping center.I must make mention of helpful staff , Sok hui who make sure of cleaniness and Xiaoli, the housekeeper, she is always very helpful and quick to respond. would love to come back again.

I stayed here with my colleagues for almost 2 years.I really feel at home.A wonderful , pleasure and fun stay.The location is pretty good, near the MRT and shopping mall. The service is excellent and friendly, especially Rita who cleans our room every time and knows exactly how we would lime it to be done. I would like to thanks Xingge , Fuziah and Xiaoli, they are very helpful, responsive to our needs. The entire team are amazing,all staff is very polite, thanks all of you , I really enjoy my stay here.

Comfortable and convenient location, near the orchard MRT and bus station making it very easy to commute, suitable for family and long stay. I have stayed here about for one year, I feel like stay away from home, thanks Wangduan for cleaning our apartment, the room is always kept clean and tidy, her works very efficiently, never disturb working, great service. I would like to special thanks Xingge, Xiaoli, Rahman, I request extra fridge and some furniture, they quickly helped us. we enjoyed our long stay at Far East Plaza residences, nice pool and well maintained apartment, I must recommend to our friends to stay here.

I was 2002 tenants, like this Huxing, the air circulation bright lighting, the environment is very good. I think good employees have RitaThe room was very clean and every detail could be done well XinggeIt's amazing. Every time you change the sheets, they're clean and neat. Xiaoli We'll go straight to her if we have anything to do, and she'll do the best she caOverall a very good hotel, worth a thumbs up 👍 , It is recommended

The Far East Plaza serviced apartments are right at the heart of Orchard and Scotts Roads so a plus for the location. Ms Rasi, the staff in the office and most of the security guys were very helpful, another plus. One guy seemed glued to his chair no matter what. However, like many of the Far East reviews dating back 10 years or more here, the apartment was very dated and close to worn out. It’s probably not been refurbished for years. The windows and doors lock properly but rattle in windy conditions. The bare interior looked nothing like the fully dressed pictures on the website. The living room furniture was wipe down and uncomfortable, the dining room and balcony furniture on its last legs. The WiFi, Aircon and TV in 2 rooms worked fine. In Europe this specification is known as “Contractors’ Accommodation”, bare and simple enough to be hosed and mopped down between shifts of building or ground workers. In fact many of the teams rebuilding the hotel next door were staying here, to prove the point. The floors needed a good mopping, they weren’t during our stay, so much so that walking barefoot or in socks turned them black. In fairness, the beds, bedding and towels were good quality and clean and changed often. The bathrooms were dated, utilitarian and clean, the tiny kitchen reasonably equipped but again needed changing. This was the first time I’ve seen tile paint used over ceramic wall tiles. The walls around the light switches needed paint or a good scrub. There is a useable swimming pool on a lower floor, again needing refurbishment but cleaned regularly. The gym is a box room, I don’t think it’s seen any action in years it’s so small with next to no equipment. The level one food court and far east plaza shops are in the same complex, however there’s no security in place to prevent anyone from outside accessing the lifts to the 20+ floors of accommodation upstairs. There was much noise at times from the hallways and balconies with loud conversations from both. It’s not cheap either by Singapore standards.

Stayed at 2603 before moving to 2602 - we liked 2603 too but since my parents cannot do bathtub for their age, we decided to move to 2602 (like it better here). Really like floor 26 for the room 2602 - very spaciously wide & bright. Staffs we like during our stay: - Ms. Rasi: very nice, very kind, very soft-spoken person, always smile~ - Ms. Sok Hui: got our rooms cleaned so nice+helped detecting broken AC, moving ants, broken lights. - Ms. Xiao Li: kindly gave us a tour on some of the empty rooms, always smile too! - Ms. Fauzia: very nice person, helped us around with furnitures. Helped us explaining the rooms clearly. Very heart-warmed person! - The technicians were all so kind too: Mr. Rachman, Mr. Iskandar, & Mr. Jumadi. - The securities are all very kind & fun people: Famy, Selvam & Hamdan (missing 1 more security dont know the name: big guy - quiet person, but a great security because of that). Thank u soooo so much for the great services~
