This booking was a fraud and I will post daily on trip.com telegram. Trip.com said they will help me with the bank dispute but instead disputed against this. The hotel was booked under Agoda.com when I checked with the hotel and not trip.com.
The hotel is simply not helpful too. I tried to tell them I did not stay at all because I was not even informed and they simply asked me to check with Agoda and refused to offer a replacement stay. Just to highlight my wife is in hospital for 3 weeks now and I am having to work through all of this.
A simple online search shows trip.com had been sued successfully twice in China. I am considering legal means too.

The Room clean and cosy, the Pillows are the Fluffiest n I felt at home, the best of all staffs very friendly n helpfully it goes to all department, please keep it up as family to all your Guest, if possible please provide smart TV to every bed room so we more choose watch TV. tq and well Done

We stayed for 6 nights at the beginning of January 2024. The hotel is in an excellent convenient, central location. We stayed in an Executive Studio and found it very comfortable and spacious and even came with it's own washing washer/dryer. Facilities were also good and included a gym and large outdoor pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially one of the concierges, Jac who very kindly walked us with umbrellas to the bus stop when we went to the airport

Our family of four recently stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff were helpful and communicative, the rooms were large and clean. The kids loved the pool and we were close to the metro and local shops (we would recommend the LG of the Isetan on Orchard and Scotts for groceries).
We would happily recommend it to other families travelling to Singapore.

Excellent place in every way. Very well equipped, great rooms with very comfortable beds and accommodations overall. Social area and pool is great. The best part by a long way is the exceptionally friendly and helpful service. Great place!
